We arrived and parked our car, went into the reception where all the paperwork was ready, went outside, waited about 5 minutes for the vehicle, had our cases put on and within a few minutes were off to the airport. All within 15-20 minutes. When we arrived back from the airport, we rang the office, went to the bus stop shown on our ticket and a vehicle arrived very quickly, had our cases put on the vehicle and off we went. The vehicle went to within 20 yards of our car and off we went home. Could not have been easier.

I found the car park easily and was directed quickly and efficiently to the transfer vehicle and made it to the airport easily. I Phoned the company on my return and didn't need to wait long for it to arrive. It was however the aggressive and excessively quick return journey that put not only myself but the other passengers on edge. I'm a 23 year petrol head and even I found it to be excessive. This makes me worry about how my car was driven when it was parked. I would certainly recommend the service but my experience was let down by my driver.

When I picked my car up from purple parking there was a long wait to collect the keys. I already phoned from the airport to say that I was there waiting for the bus, so why did'nt they get the keys ready. We had to wait for then quiet a while to get the keys back and I was'nt the only one.

ONCE I LANDED I PHONED FOR BUS PICKUP, HOWEVER HAD TO WAIT HALF AN HOUR IN THE COLD! ONE BUS ARRIVED, BUT WAS TOLD IT WAS FOR BUSINESS PEOPLE ONLY AND HAD TO WAIT LONGER!

Well worth the money very easy transaction and simple to find. The staff were very friendly and competent with great communications. I had my car valeted while away and it was great to turn up to a gleaming cleaner car. My mobile phone dropped out of my jacket pocket during the transfer to the airport, and was handed in to Purple Parking reception by the driver, they placed it into their safe and I picked it up on my return. The on line booking system was quick & efficient. I had to make an alteration & this was easy to do, & they didn't charge any excessive administrative fees for this. The car park seemed secure, departure & collection on return were timely. The system seems professional & well organised.

Very pleased with the service and despite being an off airport parking service, transfers etc were prompt. I would certainly use again.

Staff were friendly and efficient. No hanging around either to or from the airport. Clear signs to guide you to the carpark. I was impressed and would use Purple Parking again.

don't use this car park if you are travelling from T5/4 and travelling part LHR. It was galling to drive so far past the airport to park my car and the same on the way back. Too much time added to my journey - i won't be using it again. The drivers were very good though.

On arrival our details were accessed via the reg plate ans was processed very quickly. The transfer was waiting and we arrived at the terminal in the minimum possible time. On return the transfer was waiting and the driver had the key. We were dropped at the car and were on the m4 in the minimum possible time. While some of this happened by chance, this was the best possible result. I like that I did not have to provide and paperwork, and that I was dropped directly at the car by the driver with the key. Avert pleasant experience at the cheapest heahrow parking. Well done

Good value for money service. However as a warning to other customers, my case was damaged in the shuttle trailer, either whilst traveling or by their staff when unloading. The company would not admit liability. They said they couldn't be sure of the condition of my case before it was put in the trailer.

Everything went very well until I returned to pick up my car when I was charged for an additional week which the agent who took the booking had failed to book for me. This was in no way the fault of Purple Parking but an error between the agent and myself. Hence the parking did not turn out to be any cheaper than the competitors as I had been advised. BUT the service was very good,

Excellent service and will recommend to all my friends here in Cardiff to use if they are leaving their car in London for flights out!!

When we arrived at thye site it was obviously secure and well run so we had no concerns about our car. Transfers were efficient and everthing was as expected. This represents good value.I rang when we landed on return flight and recorded instructions were very precise

Purple Parking delivered a good experience of customer service The car park was very well lit and easy to find.The staff were very accomodating particularly the lady at the desk in the morning on our arrival.The service was quick and precise.Will definately be using Purple Parking in the future. I was sent good directions to get to the site. I was taken to the terminal in a prompt and clean minibus. When I returned I called the number given to me by Purple Parking and was pleased to find the minibus waiting for me to take me back to my car. A very good service.

Easy to book. Efficiently run and prompt service. Excellent value for money.

The whole process from start to finish was very good, payment, finding the location, transport to and from the airport, helpful polite driver. I would definitely recommend this to all my friends and I would use them again. No problems - great service.

Other than problems locating the main entrance using my sat nav generally a good experience. Staff very helpful. Good vaue for money. Happy to use again.

The parking facilities and security of the area appeared to be good (although arrival was in the hours of darkness). However, the concept of on demand transfers as advertised were not quite as expected as there was significant waiting around to be picked up on arrival back to the uk and then further waiting for others using the service, who were clearly not in as much of a hurry to get away as we were. Added to that, our driver didn't seem to have any idea how many people he was expecting, therefore compounding the end of holiday experience. I'm trying not to be over-critical, as the overall end product was a secure car park at a reasonable price, but it made me realise why I generally prefer an on site parking area. It just so happens that finding one of them that's not extortionate at Heathrow, is nigh on impossible.
