Our flight was delayed for a day but everything ran smoothly at Purple Parking when we eventually got back and to our relief no extra cost

My first experience but definitely not my last. I called to say I had landed and by the time I left the terminal the transfer bus was waiting for me.

The facilities felt a bit Spartan but this was probably enhanced by the lateness of the hour and the wet and windy conditions. Had to wait a long time - estimate 20 mins - for pickup. But I would use Purple Parking again and would recommend it to colleagues.

The email gave good instructions of how to find the parking site and the staff on both arrival and departure were excellent. We had no problems whatsoever and would recommend them to our friends.

There's a reason this one is the cheapest on offer. The actual car park is miles away from the airport based at the very back of rugged industrial estate. On arrival you must wait either for more passengers or a set time before they will take you to the terminals, so certainly not on-demand nor good if your in a hurry. On the return journey we went to bus stop 22 at T3 to be confronted by around 60 other passengers waiting to be picked up. It took over an hour for different mini-buses to come round to eventually be able to fit us in, utter shambles. If you are going to use this lot then make sure you've checked in online, are not in a hurry and have no luggage.

After landing at Heathrow we called the number as instructed and went to the bus stop. When we arrived at the bus stop there were already many people waiting for the bus. When we the first bus arrived, 20 minutes later, there was not enough space for everyone to get on as the buses only sat 18 people. We had to wait another 40 minutes for the next bus to arrive and by this point there were lots of people waiting for the bus, so when the bus arrived there was a big surge of people trying to get on it, and many left behind. When we called Purple Parking whilst waiting for the 2nd bus they explained that a bus was on it's way and was held up in traffic but would be with us in 5 minutes. The bus did not arrive for another 20 minutes and on the journey back we could see that there was no traffic, and so they had just made up an excuse as to why there were so few buses. I'd rather pay more money and go with a company than runs regular bus services as waiting an hour to go and get a bus to your car is not good enough.

The waiting times at both ends we're long and thee was no where to wait out of the cold weather. Both drivers were really grumpy and bordering on rude. Transfer to the airport was 25 mins not 15

Very poor service. We had to wait 1 hour for collection despite a number of buses driving past us. The depot is a good 25 minutes from the airport despite their advertising. One to avoid!

Its not my fault others had been complaining too. receptionist managed to make it sound like I was 'annoying' her by daring to ask how much longer after a 40 minute wait! I'll be buying elsewhere next time and will relate my experience. Late I can tolerate in Heathrow traffic, rudeness I cant.

Great directions, gorgeous member of staff on the gate who explained everything perfectly. Only grumble, I had to wait an age for my return pick up probably not as long as it felt standing in the cold. Overall fantastic experience, deff use again.

When I arrived this parking area, I couldn't find the place I shold park my car. That was the simplest position, but instruction was not enough. However, when we mistook to lose our souvenir bag, staffs were very kind to find it. We appreciate it very very much.
