The directions to Purple Parking were simple to follow. The staff were friendly and the service was efficient.

I park regulary with Purple and the service is of a good stanadrd with with short waits for transfers, easy to locate yor car on collection and good prices.

On my return to parking, it took too long to get to my car. I waited 25 mins for the coach to pick up from the airport and it took another 30 mins to get to the parking place and then the driver started to drop off everyone by one by to the cars. I was one of the last to be dropped off unluckly. Considering and arrivel a time of 22:00 and a long drive to home, it was not very pleasent for me to loose nearly an hour to get to my car. I will prefer close parks next time even if they are a bit more expensive.

Time was tight when I arrived for my flight. Purple transfer was swift and went straight to my terminal, which was great. On the way back, the arrival phone message was efficient and I got a bus from the terminal as soon as i emerged from the airport. Getting my car back was easy and fast.

25 minute wait for transfer bus to Terminal 5. Instructions to phone on arrival back, out dated and no requirement to phone. Based on observation of staff drivers transferring client vehicles between parking and airport, there is no way we would sign up for this service! Despite above, the service and booking was very efficient and effective.

Reasonably priced but staff don't seem to know the system well. I booked on line and asked for a VAT receipt when I parked. I was told that I could get one when I returned, but they dumped us by our cars and disappeared, with no one around and no obvious office for departing customers. Fortunately the receipt had been emailed. Booking confirmation gives contact telephone numbers that are only answered during office hours. Not much use to an arriving passenger who has mislaid his ticket!

One certainly needs instructions to find Purple Parking, which are given in detail. It it often the cheapest if you are happy with off airport parking. No problems with anything - all went smoothly in the booking and the experience - except: we had a problem with the 0845 number on our return. It was answered and we were told we would be transferred to an agent - at which point the line cut out. Tried several times but in the end rang the 020 number which was fine. We were told that others had experienced problems so assume this glitch has been sorted out. Just a bit unnerving when this happens and all one wants to do is get home! Anyway, by the time we got to the bus stop the bus was just arriving to pick us up. Satisfactory experience.

Reasonable value for money but many other companies picked up people while we were waiting for Purple Parking to turn up. They seemed to be more concerned with having a full minibus of returning passengers than picking up customers quickly. Unlikely to use them again.

Parking here is straight forward, the entry system is professional and you know your car is safely stored in their large facility. The minibuses are plentiful and I have never had to wait very long to head to or from the airport. The drivers are always polite and helpful. I definately would use them again and again.

The only problem were the signs to say leave nothing in the car. I was not keen on taking all my possessions from the car on holiday with me! However I left it all in the car and it was still there on my return.

Easy to find, Professional service, prompt transfers, Would certainly recommend and use again!.

The whole experience with this car park was excellent. I am lucky enough to travel extensively and would normally not use parking but I was very impressed and would highly recommend this airport parking. Good work thank you

Parking location is easy to find and procedure to park and pick up is really simple. I think it's really sophisticated and efficient system.

This car park is a lot further away from Heathrow T1 than I was led to believe when booking. It took at least 30 minutes and we had to wait over 15 mins each way for the transfer vehicle. We were luck on the return journey to get a place on the minibus otherwise the wait would have been longer. Having said that, the service was slick and easy to find the car.

The site is well organised and offers clean toilets. On our return journey we had to wait longer than we wanted for the return coach. We could not get through by telephone from Heathrow until we left the building.

Don't agree with your policy of holding on to car key - surely you have to employ drivers to move cars - lot of trust involved in this - you have to keep spaces free to move cars into - parking area is well signposted so why can cars not be left in original parking place like all other car parks at other airports. I provbably will not be using you again because of 'trust' issue. I took my sat- nav home with me and then panicked on the plane that i hadn't packed it - so was a bit worrying until i found that i did have it - i'm new to London & S East so needed it.

Hassle free, easy service. With quick, well organised transfers to and for the terminal. Extremely good set up. Will use the service again.

Makes a lot of sense from a value for money perspective - though traffic was heavy slightly slowing down transfer time to car on way back. Felt my car was very secure

From start to finish this was the easiest parking I've done at Heathrow. Fast and efficient, close to the airport and no fuss. I would use again and recommend this to others.

Easy to book and good e-mail with booking details and directions. Slightly narrow entrance to car park, under a bridge, to be careful of. Transfer bus picks up from where you park your car and drops you right off by it on return. A 10 minute wait at the bus stop on return, after calling immediately after getting off plane, but overall value for money.
