The service was very good overall, but the transfer don't run as often as I would expect and it takes a long time plowing through traffic.

Well worth the price,easy to find with the instructions sent, would not hesitate to use again or recommend to a friend.

Plenty of transfer buses. Despite losing my ticket, I got my car back with the minimum of fuss despite the need to establish identity.

I had to wait a long time at the airport for the bus to collect us, then we didnt all fit in the bus. My car was ready for me, which was great because I arrived back earlier than planned. My car was VERY dirty but I guessed thats because the car park is covered in dusty dirt, maybe you could do somthing about that. Keep up the good work, staff are very friendly. Thanks Alicia

We waited ages for our minibus transfers, despite ringing as soon as we left the plane. Would not use Purple Parking again.

Very straightforward process from entering the facility, parking, and unloading to arrival at Heathrow and being collected and returned to our car. Two young children were well catered for and we did not have to wait for anything; straight on to waiting vans to take us to the airport and collect us from the terminal. Very impressed with service for the price I paid. Would highly recommend.

The day was very cold, and there was a longer than normal wait for a vehicle to take us to terminal 4. Lots of buses seemed to return fault not many left for the airport. It appeared to be a staff change over time; however more fcontinuity of service would have been appreciated to avoid extended wait. Collection from return trip was very efficient, so overall still very good value for money.

Everything worked well on departure with prompt transfer. On return the coach arrived quickly but then hung around for over 10 minutes. On a Friday evening there was slow traffic so it was well over an hour from landing before I was able to drive my car and then a queue back to the motorway. You need to judge whether the saving warrants the slow return

Arriving all good transfer from the car park al great. Coming back was the issue, awaited for over 45 min on the rain and when we got back on the Carpark the driver left us in the middle of the car park raining dragging suitcases and wife with a cold. Was impressed until I got back.

...but the Transit vans are a bit shabby and Southall can be a long way from LHR during rush hour. For £25 for a week's parking this was much cheaper than the airport - be aware that the saved money may cost a little more time !

Good online service with helpful reminders beforehand. Good directions so it was straightforward to find. Well signposted on approach to Reception. Polite efficient staff so no time was wasted. On return, I had a very hasslefree collection of my car and was quickly on my way home. I would recommend this service and would use it again.

Transfer times were a little longer than expected considering the location, it seemed closer to Heathrow on the map.

I booked this car park because i needed to park for a few weeks and it was cheap. I was not satisfied with the return service however. I did exactly as instructed, called the number upon landing, got my bag, proceeded to the shuttle collection point, and when the first bus came to stop, it was full before I could get on. I had to wait for the next bus. It was freezing cold and I wasn't impressed. Upon finally getting back to the car park, the driver simply started handing out keys...! And pointed me in the general direction of my car, as if I should know where it is...... I wont be using this car park again.

no hassle and very helpful when I got the date wrong. no nasty surprises for the extra day... seem to have thought it all through and it was easy, straightforward and worked, excellent value!

My experience was OK was a little put out when i picked up car to find leaves and branches over it.

This is the first time we use this service. Parking at this facility makes our life easier. Staffs were very helpful. We will definitely use this again when we travel from Heathrow Airport!

They only use small vans, each take only a handful of passengers. First van couldn't fit us in, we waited for nearly 40 mins in the cold before the second van came. Not happy.

My driver was charming - polite and helpful. On returning, it was a little difficult to find bus stop 5 outside Terminal 1. I was tired - but, perhaps, more information on where it is. The return journey: the mini bus was very full - the driver seemed to have to spend a lot of time collecting passengers. It was a little confusing to find that one's car had been moved and was in a completely different place. More information on that would be helpful - but, otherwise, a perfectly acceptable service

Prompt pick up and delivery to airport but longish transfer between parking and airport T5 which adds to your journey time. Easy access off M4 motorway.Probably quite good for Heathrow but slow compared to several regional airports I use and costs also higher. If you have to use Heathrow this is a good bet and it was considerably cheaper than some other options listed. Would use again if I have to fly from Heathrow and use the car.
