Easy to book, location was easy to find and seemed very secure. Staff were friendly and answered any questions I had. Transport to the airport was quick and the wait time was minimal. Return transfer was efficient and waiting time was not that long. Would recommend anyone to use purple parking and would use them again myself.

Took over an hour from when I rang for the bus to get back to car. I will not be using Purple car parks again, I will pay more and get a closer car park to the airport.

Not that easy to find and directions could do with updating but only a minor issue. Staff were friendly, buses regular and easy we only waited five minutes both way. Car was kept save ( I checked mileage) I would use again Thanks

I was leaving to Thailand for 2 weeks and had a difficult time choosing how to get to the airport from Milton Keynes. My options were coach, taxi, train or driving there myself - decided to go with the last option when I found purple parking. The parking was quite easy to find, but be aware that your GPS might take you only to the start of the street where the parking is when the post code is entered. I thought I was in the wrong place but found the parking at the end of the road. The transfers to the airport were punctual and takes about 20-30min. One thing I was particularly happy with was that my car had been dried from the inside before being parked. When I arrived it was raining heavily and as I had kept my window open the car was wet from the inside. I was worried of getting back to a mouldy car, but luckily they had dried the car by opening the window slightly and keeping the heating on for a while (I guess at it was set to 24 degrees when I started the car)

I was very concerned when my flight was badly delayed by weather but the Purple Parking staff assured me someone would be there until all flights had come in. We finally landed well after midnight. The bus was prompt, the driver polite and the whole process was very efficient. My congratulations to your staff and organisation from a guaranteed repeat customer.

Purple parking were very efficient and I would use again. The flight back was delayed but it was no problem and the bus came and picked us up not long after I phoned them to say we had landed. Drivers were helpful and friendly.

Good value for money, can take a little longer during rush hour trips (we arrived back at 5.45pm on a Monday). Information regards when to contact Purple Parking after your plane arrives back could be made clearer.

We arrived at the car park in Boxing Day morning at approx 5/6am, found it very easy, dropped off the keys, straight onto a bus and left shortly after. Couldn't fault them on the way to the airport. When we landed on our return, we called them as soon as we could, before picking up baggage to ensure that they had enough notice. We ended up waiting outside in the cold for over an hour for the bus, which is the last thing you want after travelling for 20 hours. We called them atleast 3 times during our wait, along with the multiple calls from the 6 other people also waiting. Everybody received the same response - '5 minutes away'. To add salt to the wound, two purple parking 'business' buses came and went whilst we waited which we were not allowed on, where one of the drivers was extremely rude and abrupt. 1 hour 40 minutes from our first call to inform them that we have landed until the bus arrived. To summarise, great on the way out, awful on the return. Would pay extra to get the car brought to you.

It is a very good service and very economical for a long stay. There was a slight delay in getting back to the car park but I think it was due to the heavy traffic in and out of the terminal. If you are on a tight schedule you should probably use the business parking closer to the airport.

arrival made so easy, 100%, directions very accurate no problems getting to the sight, believe what you read and you will have no difficulties. on return, despite a four hour delay on the flight, a quick call and within twenty minutes we were loaded and on our way back to the parking area, will of course will use again when flying from London heathrow, many thanks.

I was picking my son up from terminal 5 and then both he and I were flying from terminal 1. There was no problem with purple parking about being dropped off. I took the opportunity of asking how far the terminals are apart and advised to use taxi which would only cost pounds. This i did to, it was a black taxi cab, the driver was very reluctant to help, to the extent of making me feel that I was putting him out. However the cost of £26s was unbelievable. I would be grateful if you could forward me an address of the black taxi rank that I could refer to as I would like an explanation of the cost. The cost covered a trip from termnal 5, to term 4 as my son actually landed there instead, to terminal 1. There was no waiting. For £26s i can get from one end of london to the other. Drop off at the terminal took longer than expected as we stopped at Terminal 3 and then Terminal 1, so I wish I had allowed more time on that end. I will not fault Purple Parking on that account, however... It took over 1 hour for me to collect my car upon return. I called when I exited the plane and when I got to the bus stop the van was full so I had to wait for the next shuttle. It took over 30 minutes for the next shuttle to arrive and then we had to stop at another terminal before finally making our way to the parking lot. From the time I started waiting to the time I got my car it took 1 hour and 15 minutes. Disappointing.

This service was well organised from arrival to car collection. Easy to spot purple mini buses! Generally very happy. An improvement to the service would be the option to have the car valeted and returned clean.
