Easy to find and no hassle park and ride. Quick phone call on return and you are collected at a designated area and taken straight to your vehicle. Big car park but easy to find exit. Would recommend for competitive pricing and ease of being delivered to your terminal.

I really wasn't happy with how long the shuttles took and I would have rather just spent the extra 20 quid to save the hassle. Not only that, when I returned from my vacation a piece of my tire (the cap on the hubcap) was missing! I have never had that happen in all the times I've ever left my car, so I was not very happy about that one bit. I would not use purple parking again.

Good security. Friendly staff. Unfortunately long wait for pick-up. May have been traffic but an apology goes a long way (This didnt happen)

From beginning to end a very first class service. I will definitely book with them again. I cannot fault them.

We arrived at the facility using our satellite navigation system. Signs on site warned that sat navs should be removed from the car - but we didn't want to take ours to Shanghai and back, so we left it it the glove box. On our return the sat nav was missing. I reported this to the office, who gave me a complaints form to complete, saying I would be contacted the following day. Of course this hasn't happened. There were no signs of a break-in; we left the keys with the company; there are cameras & security fences. The only conclusion is that a member of their staff has stolen the sat nav. A brief look at other reviews indicates that ours is not the only occurrence of this type. I'll be communicating my views on this company across the web in due course.

In general the service was easy to book and use, the transfer to and from the terminal were quick and the cost of parking for 10 day was £56 which was quite cheap. The vans used for the transfers are a bit grubby and my car was showing that it had travelled 1.3 miles while at the car park along with the clock showing an incorrect time and the radio had been re-tuned to another station

Having to phone your number upon arrival at the airport which I've never had with any other transfer before. You should automatically drive round to the airport every so often as all other companies do. My phone had run out of charge, I didn't have change to call from a payphone so had to get change by buying goods from WH smiths and then it cost me 80p because I was holding for someone to answer the phone. All in all not a good experience and wont be using your company again unless you change your phone call policy.

Amazing slick operation - never used airport parking before but will definitely not be using taxis in the future. Very simple to use and really fast service both ways.

It the service does exactly what it says on the tin. No problems whatsoever. Would use it again.

The car drop off and transfer to the airport went very well despite the car park location being relatively remote. The issue was when we landed back at Heathrow and had to wait for a van to transfer us back to our car. I had to make 4 phone calls and we waited nearly 30 mins at the bus stop (we had actually made the first phone call an hour before!).

The process on arrival at 5am was a bit muddled and finding the correct bus for our terminal was not clear. But when we had found the right bus it was a very good service to the terminal. On out return it could not have been easier. The plane landed at 7am and after one phone call we were driving away from Purple Parking at 8am. I will certainly use this service again as it was fast and reasonably priced.

Easy to find the car park Did have to wait sometime to be picked up at Terminal 5 on return - 20-30 mins?

quick transfer to the airport going,and we only waited afew minutes on our return journey.We were very satisfied with purple parking and would definately use them again.

I would advise this to anyone who is considering going away, it was much cheaper than an taxi to and from airport and less to worry about. All in all a great service.

A very slick and well organized operation. £72 for 3 weeks in comparison to double that for rail fare.

Purple Parking was easy to find and they were quick getting us set up and to the airport. We had flight delays and they easily accommodated an additional day for our car. The shuttle was at the terminal when we arrived and they dropped us off at our car when we got back to the parking site. Very good service!

Saved loads of money on trains, stress of pulling and packing luggage through two train stations and the worry of limiting luggage that would have caused. I found myself having the ease of movement. I made changes to my booking twice and everything was sorted according to my changes at no extra cost. No hidden charges...I could go on.

Bus to Terminal 1 left after 10 minutes. Bus waiting for us when exiting Terminal, and deposited us at our car. All personnel very friendly and polite. Highly recommended.

Convenient parking service, very simple to use. We felt happy leaving our car in the compound as it felt safe and secure. The return transfer even dropped us off at our car - nice touch. Would certainly use again. Thank you.
