All true. The price was very fair for the level of service given. Our flight inbound was delayed by almost 4 hours and we spoke to Purple whilst still in Athens airport and your operator immediately put our minds at rest concerning bus service and collecting our car.

When landed at Heathrow phoned for pick up,no one arrived but 3 Business Purple Buses arrived, but refused our request to pick us up even though one was going back empty. This I would have thought would have saved company money on fuel and labour time rather then going back empty even though it was long stay parking we parked at. Phoned 2nd time after 45 minutes then arrived 15minutes later,which resulted in us being caught up in traffic on M25 going home work traffic.

The car was returned running extremely hot, with the engine warning light on. The clock had been reset and was about six hours out. The next day I discovered that the long term fuel consumption analysis had been set to zero. Someone had been tampering with the onboard computer. Why? What had they been doing with the car?

Very friendly and helpful staff, and punctual transfers to and from the airport definitely made the trip that much easier and hassle free. Will definitely use PURPLE PARKING again - thank you ;)

Would defiantly use again, it is a 10 minute drive from the airport but was half the price of all other airport parking, I would rather sit on a bus for 10 mins than pay double the price !

Good value on account of being slightly further away from the airport. Security looks excellent. The transfer shouldn't take long but owing to a mix-up the transfer bus wasn't big enough for all the people waiting, and it took a while for the next one to arrive. Drivers explained the situation, in a not very enthusiastic way.

Purple parking is professional, easy to access, and secure. Not only do I trust them, they started my flat battery within minutes as part of the service. Thank you, and I will recommend them wholeheartedly to friends.

All went very smooth can't fault the service, will use them again and again if the standard kept at this level. Wish all the the staff very best and say keep the good work, well done to all.

The only issue I had is that at LHR T1 when arriving the instructions to find the bus stop could be better; if you exit arrivals on the R/H side you miss the signage as it is now above your head facing the wrong way.

Very easy to get to and within 10 minutes we had parked and were on the shuttle to the airport. On return we rang when we landed,had only a short wait till the shuttle arrived, the driver had my key with him and my car was waiting for me. Very efficient service all round!

Very easy to book in as you just give in your booking details and park. You put your car keys into the bag provided and give to the driver at reception or by the bus and tell him which terminal you want. Get on the bus and there you go!! Coming back was just as easy as you phone the number on the card they gave you and wait to be picked up.They even take you right to your car. Couldn't be easier. Most impressed and the drivers were very pleasant too.

Checked the route to site beforehand on Googlemaps so found it easily; staff were efficient and helpful and it was very quick to park car and transfer to bus to get to airport. Slightly further from site to airport than I expected but got to terminal in good time. On return it would be good if coach didn't have to go through same rather slow gate as customers arriving to drop off their cars - there should be a priority gate so coach can come straight through. Otherwise good service.

Found the parking very secure and staff helpful. Only issue was that we phoned to request the transfer back to the parking and it took 45 minutes to arrive after first telephone call.

Everything was completely stress free, the guy was friendly and helpful, the shuttle was there when we arrived. This is the second time we've used purple parking and will definately use them again, and recommend to friends and family. Thanks.

I will not use this car park again as it is in the opposite direction from the airport to where I live so it added an extra 40 minutes to my journey, 15 mins to get there, 10 mins at the car park then 15 mins to the terminal. On the return I just wanted to be on the road as soon ads possible and arriving around rush hour it was nearly an hour onto my journey. I understand they have a car park closer, if that was available I would use them again.
