the map was illegible. I printed it off and ended up having to use a magnifying glass. This was no good as the print was totally fuzzy. So tho' everything else was excellent, the map made my journey to the carpark really stressful. I look forward to seeing a larger, legible one next time, otherwise I'll choose to go somewhere else I think.

Wasn't very clear where the car needed to be parked on arrival. Ended up following other cars, was never actually told where I needed to go. Upon arrival at Heathrow airport once the bus had arrived the driver didn't control who got on the bus. I was at the front of the queue but couldn't get a seat as people from the back of the queue were allowed to push in whilst I was loading my bags. Driver had a very bad attitude and was rude. I won't use Purple again as a result.

I found the site easily, the staff were lovely and highly efficient. Using Purple Parking was hassle free & excellent value. The only snag was I had to get myself and my luggage from Terminal 3 to Terminal 2 for pick-up on return, but I suspect this was because of the building work going on at Terminal 3.

Following the directions given, we found Purple Parking with no problems at all. As we pulled up at reception, we were greeted by a very friendly, happy, cheery man. He handed us our paperwork and informed us where to park. There were several mini buses waiting and we loaded on our cases and were off on our way to the airport & all within less than 10mins. Easy drive to the airport, stopping at terminal 1 first & then off to terminal 2. Our cases were unloaded for us & we were wished a cheery "happy holiday". On our return to the UK we telephoned whilst in the queue for Passport Control, collected our cases & went to wait at Stand 8. Just a mere 5 mins of waiting & the mini bus arrived. A speedy trip to the car park where our keys were returned to us, we were told where our car was & were soon on our way home. The car was just as we left it. One good thing we liked was that on arrival, the car is photographed from all angles which is a great idea to protect both the customer & company. No one gets accused of doing damage they didn't do. All in all, a good experience of airport parking and at a very good price too.

From being recognized as soon as we approached the reception booth to the last minute when we collected our car, everything was done in a pleasant and profesional manner. Of course we would recommend Purple Parking....we have already done so to lots of people.

My experience of Purple Parking was very good. They seemed very organised. They even coped with our flight being cancelled and having to return to the car with many others due to the security alert. The altered booking was not correctly logged on their system but when I produced the e-mail confirmation there was no fuss or hassle just a few seconds wait before I was allowed in. Very good service I would use them again

Purple Parking provide a very efficient service with no paper work, they quickly took us to the airport which is only 10 minutes away. They were also waiting for us on our return. Purple Parking provide good value for money, the car was returned in good condition and had even been washed. Would recommend

Very annoyed at having to walk from terminal 3 to terminal 2 .We should have been told about this when we were dropped off at terminal3 then we would have got a trolley. It is also v annoying when we stand in a queue at the stop and other people walk to the bus and on it because it stops away frm stop

Found Purple Parking very easily. Upon arrival the staff were straight over to help me with my luggage...short drive to the airport...sorted! Upon return, used the freephone number to arrange pick up...the bus pulled up as soon as I arrived outside, waited for literally a couple of minutes then drove back to the carpark and dropped me off right next to my car. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use again.

Easy to find & security works well. Staff helpful & cheerful. Down side: had to wait 20 mins to leave for airport & 30 on return even though I phoned ahead as requested.

I think this was great value for money. Found it easy to find the car park, and leaving the car and getting to the terminal was very quick and organised. Upon our arrival we did have to wait a long time to be picked up, and once the van arrived there was no control as to who was booked on this specific van. This meant that people that had arrived a lot later than us, just slung their luggage into the van and grabbed seats before the ones that had waited the longest. This need to be improved. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Outstanding prompt service! We arrived earlier then planned due to security issues. The driver called ahead and found the new drop off point and made sure we knew where to go and where the pickup point was when we returned. Upon our return, I called the toll free number and we were picked up within five minutes. Highly recommended as great value for the price. I have used others and they don't compare.

At Heathrow, there should have been a Purple Parking staff member to assist people and to explain the waiting times etc. I know things were chaotic, but it didn't help matters that the PP queue was so long it got mixed up with 4 other bus/taxi stops.

When I arrived at the airport I left my diving bag on the minibus. As soon as I realised what I had done I telephoned the car park who contacted the driver. In fact the driver had already realised someone had left it and checked at the first drop off point and was already on his way back to me arriving 30 seconds after my call! - now thats customer service that many other companies could learn from.

Exceeded expectations. Security was clearly evident, staff were extremely polite and helpful, the transfers were reasonably quick - traffic notwithstanding - and the return to pick up the car was very simple, clear and quick.
