The buses were grubby and dingy inside. At least one of the interior did not work. Our return bus smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. The driver grunted at us upon arrival and hardly spoke at all to the passengers. He took his own sweet time getting out of the bus and opening the trailer at T3. We then had to load our own cases into the trailer. That said the outbound driver was very good and helpful.

What really made their service stand out for me was when we had to arrive at 4.30am in the early hours. Half asleep and shell-shocked, we were greeted with a security man on the gatehouse who smiled and laughed with us from the moment we arrived, and knew our name and welcomed us with a personal greeting!! This started our weekend break on a high! I would certainly recommend Purple Parking to all of our friends and will certainly be looking to use them again.

Very efficient. Car identified at entrance by number plate so no forms to fill in. Just parked and straight on transfer bus. On our return, driver of transfer bus radio'd ahead and our keys were ready for us at the entrance, so again, no waiting about. Excellent.

Traffic from Car Park to terminal very bad and needs to trake into account when booking in. Driver of Mini Buses quite good but seemed not too happy about having to wait for more passengers at Terminal. Otherwise good situation. I did however wonder why my car had travelled one point three miles whilst i wasawy. I accept some mileage by moving around but not over a mile. Think checks should be made on drivers out of hours. Ken

Efficient- Purple Parking were busy for a mid winter's mid week travel but I was off to terminal 2 within minutes of parking up. On return I waited just 10 mins, the very kind driver made an impromptu stop when he noticed an elderly couple waving him down a good distance after the bus stop.Excellent service, clear instructions, good value,will book again.

Very easy to book. Clear directions and quick and easy to drop car off. Allow time for 20 minute drive to airport, even more if at peak times and be prepared for a short wait to be collected. Once back at the car park, it was very simple and easy to collect car and move on.

It was brilliant to have such a positive experience. We arrived safely having clear instructions how to find the car park. Parked the car and was taken immediately to the airport. On our return, we did not have to wait hardly anytime before we were collected and the car was ready for us to drive home. BRILLIANT! I am recommending Purple Parking to EVERYONE who will listen. The transfer time was advertised as 6 mins to terminal 3 at Heathrow when in fact it took 35 mins at 5.00am in the morning. also we were told the wrong pick up point when returning from our trip so wasting another 30 minutes. I will not be using these car park again.

It took an unacceptably long time for the bus to collect us from the terminal. Most parking organisations tell you to ring only after you've collected your bags - why does Purple Parking tell you to ring as soon as you're off the jet, then make you wait upwards of 30 minutes in the freezing cold at night on an exposed bus stop? Not impressed... And PLEASE don't leave the car parked in gear - I never do and nearly hit the car parked opposite when I started the engine!

Some callow youth treated me like some 'Jobs Worth' looser as I could not find my pink card. Having landed 1 hour late going though documents as us pensioners have to in case we are 'The One' they looking for.Spent 15 minutes at the bus stop then told by 'Callow Boy' the bus just left 5 minutes ago, dont you just hate lies? The good part I had water in the distributor and they came out to me, top marks for care and consideration.The AA sorted me out but have spent the last 2 weeks in bed with Bad cold infection.The car park is super value for money, get rid of the Jobs worth behind the desk and it will be the tops. I will use them again as I have done before from all airports. Passport, cheque books, dozen credit cards,driving licence,airline tickets,hotel bookings,confirmatioin letter from the car park,car documents,AA card,Spare car and alarm keys,mobile phone number registered with car park,previous letters from car park parking,Everything but an overcoat or blanket and the 'Pink Card; for the 'Callow Youth' who left me freezing till by chance I found it.God Help this once great country from such a child in charge of such a big organisation.The car park is Good, Great value, but this is the truth.They do need many more directions into and out of the place.Another 5 days I will be out of bed and fit and running.

I continue to use Purple Parking even though it is a little further from the airport than some others because it is good value for money - although a bit more expensive than the last time I used it - and gives a reassuring impression of excellent security. Ver important when we are sometimes away for up to six weeks at a time.

None of the staff we experienced were either polite or particularly helpful. We asked if there was a valet service and in no uncertain terms told there wasn't. Other places we've stayed in have happily offered to clean our car whilst we leave it there. We had to wait 20 mins in a minibus before leaving the car park with no explanation when other minibuses came and went. We then had to wait nearly 40 mins on our return to be picked up from our LHR terminal. We will not be using Purple Parking again.

I must adnit that I was sceptical about the personalised greeting reported?!! However on arriving at the kiosk I was indeed referred to by name!! That set the tone for the entire experience of 'Purple Parking' - from the fast, efficient check-in,.. courteous and helpful staff to - in our experience - a wonderfully effective collection service!! As instructed, when off the plane we phoned with our ref. no. and were told that 'a van was on its way'(a worn out taxi phrase I thought!!..) but on exiting the terminal a few minutes later - sure enough the van was just pulling up!! What timing!!! Then - with no wait - after the short trip back (to the impressively secure and tidy site!!..) we were dropped right next to our car which was ready to go,.. so we were soon on our way!! All in all we were impressed and delighted by the service and facility of Purple Parking which we can highly recommend and would have no hesitation in using again.

This was one of the most efficient experiences of my life! As soon as i pulled up to the barriers at the parking lot, my ticket had already been printed (my licence plates were batched to those I entered when booking online) and i quickly proceeded to the car drop off point. After parking my car I was immediately transferred to my terminal. Upon my return i followed the instructions and called to inform purple parking of my arrival. The wait for the minibus back to the parking was 5-10 minutes, the driver was polite, and my keys were handed back to me in an efficient manner. Great experience!!

After comparing many Airport Parking companies Purple Parking was the cheapest by a long way. On arrival the office had all our paper work ready & was handed to us immediately we entered the site. After parking we waited 15mins before we were smoothly transferred to Terminal 3. On return the minibus was waiting at the designated bus stop and we left immediately for the Car Park. On arrival the paper work was ready and the bus driver dropped us off opposite our waiting car. An excellent service much appreciated after a long flight from "down under".

I have used Purple Parking several times. I have never had a problem - apart from heavy traffic which is not the company's fault. Try not to arrive at Heathrow in the rush hour!!

The transfers are quick and easy. On arriving with my car, they knew who I was by the Reg (i.e. before I said anything!). The pick-up on return was very efficient and, best of all, we were dropped straight back at OUR car - not at reception. Have already recommended the service to others.

Couldn't have been easier, greeted by name, everything explained in plain english. On returning phoned the number, told where to go and was picked up within 5 minutes, brilliant. Back at the car park, was handed keys with directions on where the car was, 2 minute walk. Within five minutes of returning to the car park we were on our way. Would definitely use them again.
