The siting of the parking could be better i.e. area felt a bit run down, but the site of the parking seemed very secure. On arrival, we were already expected as it was pre-booked so there wasn't the usual hanging around form filling, giving keys and credit card details. On our return, we rang before we collected our luggage and the transfer bus arrived promptly. Our car was waiting for us on our return to the parking site and we were dropped off with our luggage right next to our car. I got the impression a lot of thought had gone into the whole process of dropping off/picking up cars and it works. I would use Purple Parking again in the future.

I know it's not your fault but it's a long walk with baggage after a long flight from 3 to 2. It would be nice to know this prior to booking as it would have made a difference.

I thought that the service was good, the old boy who collected us was friendly and the car park looked secure. My only gripe was I thought that the place could have been earlier signposted than it was i.e. Regular signs after Tesco. Also some of the passengers on my pick up were being a bit impatient about what i thought was good service. The driver was being thorough with correctly loading luggage, waiting for others, phoning in collections etc, but some were just too impatient and moaned.

The cost for us to park was less that we would have paid to get to Heathrow and back by train. The system is so very easy - turn up - leave your car + keys, and go. The exit security system is impressive, and there is no chance of losing your keys while you are away. There is very little waiting, and the whole thing was a pleasant experience. I shall choose Purple Parking again.

From booking to arrival the service was prompt and efficient, we were particularly impressed with being greeted by name before we even handed over our booking form (obviously the lady has taken the trouble to check our number plate as we arrived) no waiting when being transferred airport parking I would recommend.

What else can I say, everything I would expect and more.

Painless car parking apart from the Airport transfer from Terminal 3.

I booked at the last minute, on arrival was not on the system. This was not a problem. Car drop off and transfer were swift. I felt my car was safe and the collection on return was quick and efficient. I was dropped off at my car too.

Value for money but transfers are 40 mins + and we had to wait for 30 mins for a bus. OK for holidays, don't use for business.

The service was efficient and the directions made the parking easy to find. The only objection was the long walk to terminal 2 and the security female who could not put down the banana she was eating to give us the exit information from the parking area as we had entered the wrong lane.

Thanks to Purple Parking for taking much of the stress out of flying.

Well organised organisation, easy to find and very efficient. Competitive pricing. I would certainly use again.

Generally a great service, however the pick up early in the morning after a long flight was not the quickest. Other operators seemed to run a more regular service.

We would certainly use Purple parking again.

Would recomend this to anyone, can't really fault it, we did wait quite a while when we picked up our bus at the stop before it set off (10mins) to the departures. The bus was a bit stop start as some stops were only 30 yards apart when we returned but this is really being picky. Overall would recommend it anytime.
