Very good parking facility which enabled me to park my car near the airport whilst on holiday, therefore I did not have to rely on public transport to get to and from the airport. The facility was very good value for money.

The service was good value for money. Instructions on how to get there proved straight forward. Only negative was that I had to wait 30 minutes at the terminal pick up point even although I called their office before I went to baggage reclaim.

Absolutely no problems. Gave good feeling re security, transfer good, no delay on return. Admin excellent. The site is probably more difficult to reach at peak times and the access road is narrow but at their prices who's complaining. Will definitely use again.

We called number from terminal; all ok. We waited for 20 mins in cold; not ok. We called again, gone to terminal 3 not 2, not ok. Called 3 more times before bus turned up another 20 minutes, not ok. Driver was very helpful when eventually picked up and took us to our car as we were the only ones on bus, ok.

We had to wait 45 mins with a number of other people who then embarked on a free-for-all when two minibuses turned up at once! No appreciation by the company of any order in which they were phoned and that call frankly seems like a waste of time. Will try another next time and pay extra if needed.

Overall the experience was much better than expected. We followed the directions to the car park without any problems and the staff on arrival had our documents ready. The only downside was that once we had unloaded the car, it wasn't obvious what to do next and the drivers in reception completely ignored us. However, this was the only very minor blip. On return, we got to the bus stop to find a bus that was already full so when we were told that we would have to wait for the next one, we expected a long wait but were picked up within 10 minutes. We were then clearly directed to our cars and given our keys with no problems at all. For off airport parking it was a good service and value for money.

I was please with the service although I think the person that picked us up was new and a bit lost and made a lot of mistakes that delayed the return to the car park a fare bit. Some of the samples are: he first came to terminal 2 and picked up about 6 people, then went to terminal 3 and there was a lot of people there and he just started loading suit cases at the back without controling the amount of people that was trying to get in the front (with suit cases) so then he had to get people off, get the suit cases that were at the back off... When we arrived at the airport, I lucky spotted my car as we were entering the carpark as the he told me that my car was in the area 6 and it was infact in the area 9 so I could of been looking around for a while before I actually found it. But apart from that the service was good and I found my car like I left it. I got to the airport on time and I didnt had to wait for more than 3-5 min for the minibus so it was all good.

Took the worry out of that portion of our trip. From the moment we pulled up to the kiosk and were greeted by name by a friendly staff member, parked the car and got our luggege out, and then on the bus to the terminal took only 5-10 minutes . ( and that included a quick trip to their clean loo before the bus took us away to the flight )Perfection !

Everything was done as stated on the web The only bad thing to the whole experience was the time we had to wait to be picked up and taken to our car early on a cold sunday morning with kids in tow,even though we did ring in to advise we had landed as it asks you to do on the return docket.A bus was sent but when it arived it was full of other people from other terminals and hence we had to wait for another bus so we probably waited for a good 20 - 30 minutes.

I never thought that i could park my car at a place very close to the airport without been vandalised,this is a good experience for me and i have started telling my friends about the service.Your pick up time is good and the staff members are friendly.Besides,your charge is reasonable.

i booked my parking online, but when i arrived, you could not find it on your system and i had to pay again at the gate. this was despite having my booking reference. the process took quite a while and when i finally parked, i had to wait a long time before a transfer van finally turned up. granted, it was early in the morning, maybe 4.30 - 5.00 am, but there were staff around; why did no-one think to get a driver to collect us? i was one of many people who waited a long time to be taken to the terminal. i was worried that i might miss my flight. this was a shame because i have used purple many times before and never had any problem. now i am not sure whether to think this was just a one-off event, or whether i should look elsewhere next time i fly. airport parking seems quite a lucrative business; surely you could afford to tighten up your booking procedures and find a more responsive van transfer system.

Good value for money and the drop off was fine. On return a number of passengers had a delay in collecting baggage and we subsequently had to wait a long time for a pick up to return to our vehicles. The company seemed loathe to send a transfer minibus for 9 passengers!! After 28 hours travelling this was frustrating. The driver was also a grumpy individual. (A smile and a kind word costs nothing!)

Whilst the first transfer to the airport was quick and easy, the hassle I had trying to collect my car and leave was rediculous. It took over an hour from getting to the assigned bus stop at the airport to being given my car keys. There seemed to be only one bus collecting and dropping people at terminals (every other car parking company used at least 3 vans - I counted while I waited), there was no communication between the girl you call to announce your arrival at the airport and the poor guy sent to collect you - which resulted in many more people needing to be collected than anticipated which meant people had to be left at the terminal to be collected later. The whole journey back was a complete shambles and has completely put me off ever using purple parking again.

Totaly efficient, only one slip when we had to change the car. We gave the new registration number but your records were not updated. This caused confusion on arrival, but on quoting the old number all then went well. Staff were all very polite and friendly and helpful.

If you can afford the time to wait for the transfer this is an OK option. Heathrow Purple parking is close to a 24hours Tesco with petrol station (very useful) and it takes around 10 minutes to get to the airport. A little tricky to get there the first time but well explained on the booking card The sooner you book the less expensive it is

Very unhappy will every level of service given. Will never use again, car was not looked after properly. Whilst complaining in office about my car not starting after travelling for 26 hours, 3 other people were complaining. 1 whose car was lost!!!! 1 who had been assaulted by member of staff!!!!!!! and 1 who had had car gone through and money stolen!!!!!!!!!

Only disappointment was the driver on the return journey. He was rude and left two people for no apparent reason, who had been waiting at the pick up point, - there were 2 seats in the front free and room for the luggage in the trailer. Heard other passengers also commenting on his manner. Shame, other than that it is a good service.

Would highly recommend. We paid just £60 for 4 weeks parking! You simply drive in and leave your car where the minibus departs from and you get dropped right outside your terminal. A simple freephone call from the baggage claim area followed by a short walk and the minibus was waiting for us outside the terminal. We were then taken without delay to our car and dropped at our car. Excellent service! Takes all the headache out of parking at Heathrow!

Staff I encountered were all helpful, friendly and cheerful - surprisingly so, since I was there on Christmas Day (very very early!) and New Year's Day. The entire process was quick and efficient - frequent transfers to and from the terminal, good information on how to find the car park, etc. Definitely worth using again.

i thought they were extremely efficent on our arrival and knew my name as we pulled up the transfer was also good and quick. on landing however we had to wait 20mins for a bus and then they dropped up in the middle of the car park with eveyone else and the car was a fair walk away. i would have thought they woould ahve all the cars grouped togehter for people landing at the same time and so could drop us nearer our cars.
