The easiest way to park. Driver waiting when we arrived, and car waiting for us when we returned. Perfect!

Phoned when off plane, told car on its way. Stood in agreed drop off at term 4 for over 25 mins in the cold. I would allow 15 mins for traffic hod ups. No sign of car. After 20 mins I eventually spied a Purple Parking chap who kindly asked another employee to look for the key in his box. It was there. My car had arrived before I was there and been parked below because of heavy traffic. Shame no one thought to ring or even look for me to tell me of change of arrival arrangements.

Car picked up as soon as we arrived at Terminal 1 and returned promptly with a smile.

Very pleased with the service. Staff were extremely polite and charming and although I came through security very quickly, the car arrived at the same time as I did, which after an unpleasant, bumpy flight in from Boston was just what I needed. Highly recommend.

It was the cheapest meet and greet I looked at, which helped, but also the reviews were better than most. I was running early so rang the office who said they would send a driver to meet me-excellent! On returning I rang while I was still waiting for my luggage-from my phone call until the car arrived was 25 minutes which seems a longish time but they do say 20/30 minutes, it was also Heathrow on a weekday at 8am (rush hour) so all in all I thought not too bad. I did get told off for having a broken wing mirror and advised they could have refused to take the car although there wasnt a lot I could do about it as it was smashed the day before I left!!! I would use them again and recommend them to anyone on my experience. Thanks Paul

All worked very well, even though I told them the wrong return terminal at Heathrow. Great value!

This is the 3rd time we have used this service for our skiing holiday. Each time we have been pleased with the quality of the service, the staff have always been pleasent and helpful, and the cost is excellent when compared to the hassle of going to another car park and travelling into the airport by bus.

We were slightly early and had to wait a few minutes when first dropping off the car. However, we then realised we had left a bag with our passports at a service station, and had to dash back to retrieve them. We were then one and a quarter hours later than planned and in danger of missing the flight. We rang the contact number asking them to make sure there was someone there to take the car as soon as we arrived back at terminal 3. There was some one waiting when we arrived, and we managed to catch the flight. On our return to Heathrow, we rang as soon as we left the aircraft, and the car was ready and waiting for us when we cleared customs, even though they had had 5 inches of snow where the car was stored. Very impressed, and would certainy use their friendly and helpful service again.

On return I had to wait too long for my car - and it is freezing cold at the pickup point. A colleague booked meet and greet using Happy Days - he called after me and his car was waiting for him when he got to the pickup point. We waited a further 20 minutes for mine! There is no point in paying for meet and greet if you have to hang around waiting for your car. The form says you have to call once you have your bags - really it should be when you land as that gives you time to get the car there.

Overall great my only very slight concern was the car looked like it had been parked in a field, lots of mud around the wheels and lower bodywork but thats just being picky ! The key point is they were on time each way, there was no extra miles on the car, there was no damage and the guys were great.

Drivers were waiting for drop off and collection even tho we were 30 and 45 mins early arriving and departing. The process was easy to follow and it was great to have a warm car waiting when we got home. Much cheaper than parking at the airport!

Great experience with Purple Parking - driver there on time at drop off and pick up and really helped to make our holiday stress free at the critical times - will definately use again.

This is the second time I've used Budget Meet & Greet after a no complaints service first time around. Yet again everything ran very smoothly, the staff were punctual and friendly, and it is, without doubt, the best way to park at Heathrow.

As the name suggests it was so simple and the chauffeur was ready waiting to collect our car when we arrived. The return journey the chauffeur was outside with our car. Cannot fault them. Would use them again in the future.

When I arrived the car was expected at the wrong terminal but the friendly gentlemen at terminal 5 sorted this out with one phone call so not a problem. Car was waiting for me when I returned, would book them again.
