Good service. We were met promptly at the airport, although the driver had a different reference number, which was a bit of a worry at the time. But that was soon sorted. A driver was ready with the car on our return. It was a bit mucky but 2 weeks parked at home would have resulted in the same condition.

Living in North Hertfordshire with easy access to public transport we usually travel to Heathrow by train and tube but found it was cheaper, hassle free and took up far less time to use the Business Meet and Greet.

Purple parking are the best I've used in LHR T5: a) They deliver the car to the car park BEFORE you get there - so many other make you wait 5-15mins. b) They have an automated call system to tell you the status of your returned call when you get back. c) Quick efficient handover process.

This was my first time out of Heathrow Terminal 5 and the directions were spot on. Met at the garage outbound and only took a couple of minutes. Inbound, my car battery had died, so they started it and left it running for me on my return. Excellent service that I will use again next year.

Although terminal 5 depot not so easy to find the service was efficient and effective. Great return pick-up,service was smooth and no surprises. Will use again.

Excellent service! From the initial call to say we were nearing the airport to the friendly staff as we arrived an hour late, from a delayed flight, it was a most positive experience. Will definitely use Purple Parking again.

Overall, I would say that this is a good service and I would use it again, but the following needs improving: 1. I called half an hour prior to my arrival at the airport for our departure, but there was nobody to collect my vehicle when I arrived. I luckily spotted another purple parking driver and he helped sort out the problem, but this took around half an hour. They should have a driver waiting with a sign or something so that they are easily identifiable (not just state that they have a black jacket on). 2. When I arrived back in the UK, I still had to call and let them know I needed the vehicle. So I had to wait another 20 minutes for my vehicle even though I had given the correct arrival time. The arrival procedure states that you only need to call if there will be delays, maybe this should be changed.

It was so easy to be able to just drop off the car and go. This made it an enjoyable experience going to the airport. Also the return was Hassel free, not having to walk around car parks looking for you vehicle after delayed flights.

When we rang to say we were on our way, we had to ring an 0845 number, which is expensive from mobiles. Is was not a direct telephone number to the car parking staff, but to a reservations line, and we had to wait for a few minutes. When I have used a similar service before I have been given a mobile telephone number directly to the car park. When the driver didn't show at agreed time, I was told I had booked the wrong terminal. I found this difficult to believe, and when I checked my confirmation, the terminal number does not appear on the email confirmation ! So if I did make a mistake I had no way of knowing. We then had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the driver to come over from the 'wrong' terminal. All in all a stressful start to our holiday.

Have used both Go Simply and Budget Parking previously. Go Simply always provides simple good quotes and website is great as it is easy to compare reviews and quotes. Budget parking is a subsidiary of Purple Parking. We were met on arrival pinctually by smiling driver and experienced same on our return. You couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended. Can't understand why anyone would use anything other than this service!

Arrived on time, to the minute in fact, after a 4 hour drive. Called at the requisite time ie 30 mins out to confirm time of arival. They acknowleged the pick up time,but were 45 mins late. So breakfast at the airport was cancelled and had enough time to get to the gate and board. To be fair there were staff at Heathrow who were quite concerned, it was the office who seemed in a muddle. Won't be using again.

I felt a bit peeved when, the following day, I received by email a 25% off voucher from Purple Parking. However, on checking this out, I would have had to pay near on 50% MORE than I did with Go Simply. Thanks Guys, you saved me a bundle and I still got the great service.
