The meet side of this experience was wholly satisfactory, but the return was far from it! It took 1 hr 10 minutes for my car to be delivered back to us, and despite attempting to speak to customer service and calling the helpline I was left non the wiser until my car re appeared only to be told that it had a flat battery and they didnt know why! The why was because they had left the lights on, my car has automatic lights, but they had switched them off! The lack of apology, lack of communication aand general performance means that although I will always use Go simply, I will not be using this provider, Purple Parking again!

Everything went as planned. In aprticular they were efficient at having the car ready for return to me on time.

There was no waiting around at arrivals or departures. Someone was at the car park to collect the keys, and I called on landing and car was ready for me on my return. Very good value also. This is my 2nd time using the service.

No problems from the time we booked to the time we arrived back from our holiday. Would recommend this company to anybody. First class service. Thank you

The drop off was slighlty confused as the staff were all occupied with other cars and I had to go and find someone. Otherwise, liked the location - very close to temrinal, car was there when I got back and pick up was very efficient

Would use again; a little more clarity on where to meet the pick-up and collection drivers would be helpful for first-timers.

Great service. I got stuck on the M25 and changed my arrival time 6 times! Staff were wonderful and the lovely man that was waiting for me on arrival just took my keys as I had to run for my flight.

Would definitely use again for convenience & value, but why do the drivers have to fiddle with the radio settings?

The instructions we were given beforehand were good, but we didn't follow them accurately, and so when we phoned the office for some help they were so patient and pleasant and friendly - and helpful. You hand over your keys and just take the lift, cross the road and you're in the Departure Lounge. Fantastic! They just do everything they say they're going to do when you make the booking. It's the only thing I'm ever going to do with my car when I'm at the airport.

I wss very impressed with the whole operation. The only slight concern was that when I phoned from half an hour away I was put on hold and played music. I got through when we were 15 minutes away, but everything was ready for us. I would use this service again.

Pick up is always good and fairly punctual even though I often turn up a little earlier than booked as I put contingency in my travel time/planning. Return of car pick up can be a little too much of a long wait for me sometimes but usually within 15 mins of arrving at the pick up point. Overall good service and good value for money

Using 'Meet & Greet' is a great way of starting & ending a holiday/ trip away from an airport. There is no need to arrive extra early to park and transfer from a car park and no need to move luggage from your car into a transfer bus etc. It's so much simpler, easier & more pleasant than parking away from the airport yourself; having tried it once we'll never go back to parking the car ourselves!

We were met easily and quickly and were in the terminal before we knew it. The car was then waiting for us as soon as we left the baggage reclaim and we were on the road in minutes. The service completely removed all the worry and hassle from usual trips and just made it so much more worth while. We will be using this service again, and the service was polite and friendly throughout.

Purple parking were excellent The second time we have used them and would use them again. The only issue I would have is why don't they quote better prices when you go direct to them. We were able save almost 35% by going through gosimply.com!.

We always use a 'meet & greet' parking service when flying from Heathrow and usually book with a branded supplier. This time around we booked with gosimply.com and got exactly the same service from the branded supplier (even their own staff collected and delivered my car) and saved around 20% when compared with the lowest price on offer from my usual supplier!. I'm very happy and would highly recommend gosimply to friends and family

Excellent meet and greet service, run by Purple Parking. Drop off at Terminal 5 was quick and easy, phone staff were helpful and staff at the terminal were friendly and helpful. Car was in perfect condition and mileage was as expected. Would use again and 100% recommend.

Having used airport parking previously this was our first time using a meet & greet service, it was great to start our holiday from the moment we reached the airport. This was a no-hassle experience both going and also returning home, we were able to be on our way home in a jiffy, would definately use again.

Everything went as planned. The person greeting though did not seem to be able to deal with more than one thing at a time in a user friendly way, which meant waiting without explination.
