Will definately use 'purple parking' again. Service was well worth the money - the driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport and we only had to wait 5-10 minutes before they dropped the car off at the end of the trip. No problems - car was as we left it. Totally recommend.

Expected delays on the A1 and M25 journey didn't materialize and so was an hour early for pickup at the airport. Budget managed to get our meet-and-greet person there less than ten minutes after we arrived. Well done.

There is no more to say - the service works efficiently, courteously and I would certainly do the same next time I fly.

Both drop-off and return were faultless and staff courteous. Great value compared to pre-book on-airport at Heathrow. Will certainly use again.

value for money and great to ber able to step off the plane and head down the road. we had a 3 hour dirve ahead so to speed out of the airport was very helpful

I arrived at the terminal on time and within a minute the staff were there to pick my car up. On my return, I was delayed a bit due to long queues at the Immigration and the car was waiting for me, which I was very happy with. I don't know if I would have had to wait outside in the cold for my car if it was not for the delay but it all worked perfect for me on this occasion. Very good service overall!

Everything went smoothly. The only minor criticism is that the car looked a little dirtier than when I left it. However, I would have no hesitation in recommending a service I have used before.

we had to wait for 25 minutes for driver to collect the car on arrival at terminal 4 which was not too much of a problem as the weather was good and we were not pushed for time. The vehicle was ready and waiting when we returned but unfortunately the vehicle had a nearly flat rear tyre. The driver who delivered the car was most helpful and offered to accompany me to the nearest point to reinflate the tyre. It was necessary to leave the other passengers at the terminal as it was not safe to drive home with them and their luggage.

The person collecting the car was excellent, however, on return that person was totally disinterested and went straight off before I could inspect the car.

Very pleased with the service overall. Hassle free way to park. Would recommend.

Excellent, punctual pick up. Car waiting on our return. Whether this was down to Budget Meet and Greet, who we booked through or Purple Parking, who collected the car etc, I don't. I suppose both did their job.

Left my jacket in my car on departure and only realised as I was checking in. Called up Purple Parking on the off chance that I'd be able to get it and it turned out to be no problem. Only thing is I left it in Germany.

Car was waiting to be picked up as promised although we were early and car was outside terminal as promised for us to drive off in on our return. Quickest I have ever been from getting off the plane to starting the drive home. Terrific service !

The driver was waiting for us when we arrived and was very efficient. On our return we rang as requested and our driver arrived at the predicted time. A very good service and a very good price we will use Go Simply again.

whole procedure was simple and so much better than park and ride services which cost more anyway. No hitches and the car was picked up and delivered promptly with no waiting necessary. Excellent value service.

I have used a number of meet and greet services without problems. But this was especially good at Heathrow T5 as they use a parking facility in the short term car park.

car collected very promptly and returned to us within 5 minutes of our arrivak at the arrivals area, very slick service and excellent value for money, i will not hesitate to use this service again.
