This particular booking worked out cheaper than using a normal carpark. The car was delivered without any damage and saved a lot of time and effort dragging cases and waiting for a bus. The hardest part is estimating the 20 minutes notice that they ask for!

I would use this company again. answered phone when rang. no waiting when we got there. five mins wait when we came back.and easy finding the pick up.

I travelled out of Gatwick on the 19th February and returned on the 26th on February. The meet and pickups were timely, but when the car was returned to us it have damage on the passenger door - obviously a red car had been parked next to it and when its' door was opened it had hit our car. I reported this at the time and photographed it. It is now May and despite several phone calls and numerous email chasers I am recieving no response about the incident from RS09. I will not let it go and will continue to chase them until it is resolved, but the after service is extremely poor.

I was a little unsure at first - given all the things i've seen on TV about valeting services but RS09 proved me wrong! We arrived at the airport about 2 hours earlier than we originally said we would and that was not a problem. The driver was already there, he was very polite and friendly. On our return the process of collecting the car was very easy! I would definitely recommend RS09 and would not hesitate to use them again! 5 stars from me and my husband!

This was the first time I had used this service and I am pleased that I have. It is really convenient and saves having to add time on to your journey to allow for getting to a car park and the bus trip to the terminal. The guys were professional and had a smile on their faces (something that it surprisingly lacking in Customer Services these days!) and I will use RS09 again in the future. One tip for RS09 (and this is only my personal view) - please give cars a quick wash before you return them. Having left mine for a week it was really dusty (no-one's fault - it happens!) and if it had been given a once over with water and a chamois that would have made my day and set you way above any potential competitors. it really is the simple things that count :-)

Booked on line less than 12 hours prior to travel therefore was expecting some problems or delays at the least. However, I was proved wrong and everything went smoothly and on time. Can't praise this service enough. The driver was polite, professional and competent. Would definately use again and have recommended to all my friends.

Really pleased! It was very easy and stressless - having 2 samll children, it was so easy to drive to the front of the airport and be greeted, and similarly on the return just walking out of the airport and the car was there - no transfer buses, no stress! would definitely use again.

The driver appeared on time both for drop off and collection - the process worked very efficiently, however when the car was returned it was covered in dust. There was also a footprint on the centre console and the top of the gear stick had fallen off. Would I use them again? Possibly because of the price. Would I recommend? Not really,

it was our first time experience for car pick up service from london getwick man was already waiting for us from RS09 we just call them 15 min before we reached airport on the way back also quick very good service will definetely use RS09 again

Apart from the car being returned in a very dusty condition,presumably because of outdoor storage during a very dry spell of weather, the service was as I expected and I will use it again.

Actual meet and greet service fine and courteous. Returned in the early hours so that although I noticed that the car was covered in dust I did not have the energy to take it up with the driver. In a subsequent phone call the company explained that the dust comes off a yard adjacent to their parking compound and that there had been a particular problem that week in April because it had been exceptionally hot and dry, but with a bit of rain which “streaked” the dust all over the car. He said that he would like to have been able to wash each car before it was returned to the owner, but that was not practical. I accepted this explanation, but in retrospect I think that, given the car was so dirty, they could have at least run a hose over it for a couple of minutes before sending it out. I think in any event the driver should have been instructed to apologise and explain the problem on returning the car. Having said that will use them again for convenience, courtesy and cost.

We were supposed to be met at Gatwick at 5.10am having phoned.The driver turned up nearly 30 minutes late so we were a bit anxious waiting in the Sofitel layby and as a result had no time in the airport for shopping etc. The reason given was that his previous collection was late arriving.

the service was very professional and prompt. We were not kept waiting at all on arrival and when returned from our holiday we rang the company and they were with us in 15 minutes. The car was thoroughly checked and mileage taken when we dropped it off.

I had not used "meet & greet" before, so was unsure how well it would work for me. In the event it was fabulous. Despite arriving an hour earlier at Gatwick than anticipated, the car was collected quickly and efficiently with minimal waiting time. On my return it was even better, even though 29.4.11 was a bank holiday - the car was there almost immediately. Top marks all round for value and a quality service. Will diefinitey use again.

Overall, I would use the service again. However, a couple of issues: I arrived early at the airport, but still called 20 mins before and the phone number I had been given would not answer. I had to call head office and they informed the driver I was arriving. There was also nowhere to park where I was directed, as Gatwick was very busy the day we flew. I had to drive round the block a few times. I was met more promptly on my return, which had been 3 hours delayed, getting in at 3am. So this made the service extremely convenient and worthwhile.
