could not fault the service at all.phoned in 20mins before arriving at gatwick & the man was waiting on arrival. when we arrived back at the airport after our trip we phoned in after collecting our baggage, when we got outside we waited about 5mins & our car arrived, could not ask for more. would certainly use them again not too expensive either.

i was held in traffic dropped of car 20mins after expected, hadnt called them but received call from rs09 when 20 mins away. telephoning on route is always difficult if lone driver. They we there waiting when I pulled up, took car, gave receipt card and we were off, called when retreived luggage and they were there 20 mins later. Exactly as described.recommended.

The service was very good. Very friendly, was good value for money, and for women coming back to gatwick late at night,no buses to get to car park and felt much more secure.

This is the third time we have used a meet-and-greet system and this has been our best so far. The staff were polite extremely helpful and the handover at both ends went without a hitch. Highly recommend this company.

This was the first time I opted for Meet & Greet. It was hassle free. Although was a bit anxious initially as was unsure how this was going to work but the service was great and will definitely be using this again. In fact it was a bit cheaper than parking the car!

This service is the best we have used so far. they coped with us being over an hour early arriving at the airport to catch our flight and with us being back early as well. Good staff well done Many thanks Stan Goodwin

Not having to wait for a bus and being taken miles from the airport to collect your car is a bonus, especially when arriving late at night or leaving early morning.

We will book again as long as RS09 M&G come up as being the best price. We had to wait a little longer than we had hoped on our return but then we had had a 4 hour flight delay.

couldn't fault any part of the service so easy and very helpful staff. the drop off point was so easy to find. we are flying from Gatwick in September and will again use RS09 for our airport parking. Well done

It was good to have some to meet us as it was 1.30am when we landed at Gatwick with 3 small children Thanks to RSO9 it was very easy to get the children in the car for our journey back home.

Good price compared with other companies. Helpful over phone. Prompt service. Car returned in condition gave it in.

Was met promptly on both the outward and inward stage. car returned in the condition it was left. staff very friendly, helpfull and polite. very smooth and would definately recomend.

Used others last year and ended up with a dented car, so was a bit wary about trying others, however no issues - would use again

On arrival at Gatwick the RS09 driver was with us within 2 minutes, despite us arriving earlier than we had said. After a brief check on the car, we were on our way into the terminal. On our return, depite having only rung after we'd cleared Customs, by the time we got out to the agreed meeting point our car was ready and wating and we were away within a couple of minutes. I would definitely recommend RS09 to friends and family.

It was easy start to end. They where on time both at arrivals and dropping the car off at the end of holiday. The staff where friendly and it made our travel to and from the airport a lot easier and with out any hassle. I will be booking up again for my holiday in October and recommending to all my friends and family.

This is the 2nd time I havde used this service and would definatly use again. A bit of a wait on the return but this was expected as we got our baggage etc very quickly but was still a lot quicker than catching a bus to a car park and all the associated hassle. Top Marks!!

This was my second experience of RS09 Meet and Greet and I shall shortly be booking for a third time. Keep up the standard!
