OK - but it took longer than expected to get the car back when we returned. Apparently it had a flat battery but rather than phone us to say it would be another 20 mins to get the car back we had to phone them again to get an update. Otherwise a good experience.

Everything worked faultlessly. We were met as we drove up at Gatwick, the car hand-over was easy and quick, and we had a minimal wait on our return from holiday for our car to be returned at Gatwick. All in all, very satisfactory and at a very competitive price.

Make sure you tell the driver which ticket they need to retain to get the car back!! My wife throw hers away!!! Overall very pleased. I would recommend your service to friends and family!! Well done, good job.

Driver a little late for pick-up as worryingly they didn't answer the mobile as we were approaching the airport but were there after a 5-10 minute nervous wait. Drop off was efficient though - car was waiting for us.

Drop off and pick up went really smoothly. Drivers courteous and polite as was call centre. Would definitly use again-very little waiting despite very busy time on collection. Many thanks as helped our holiday run smoothly

We had a hiccup on the way back - we left Cyprus on the 16th April and landed in the early hours of the morning of 17th April. I had put our return date as the 16th which was, of course, my error. When we arrived in the early hours of the 17th our car wasn't there. We telephoned and were told that the driver had waited for us the previous night so we then had to wait a further 20 mins for the car to be delivered to us. Whilst I accept that in the first instance the error was on my part, a text message from yourselves on the 16th to find out where we were would have brought the error to light earlier and prevented us from having to wait in the cold, the 2 children, for 20 mins.

Would highly recommend RS09 Meet and Gree Parking, Takes all the hastle out of parking your car at the airport. We arrived back at 3.30am and the staff were as friendly as if it was the middle of the afternoon. Quick response, definatley worth the cheap rates of pay !!!!

In the small print it says call 20 mins before car needed. I gave flight times and said hand luggage only. I called from the passport control queue and still had to wait outside for over 30 mins for my car to arrive. I could have used a car park service in the same amount of time. Total disappointment.

only one small problem. I had to change cars the day before and although I let the booking office know the driver had no idea of the change. Even that did not keep this from being excellent value and good service.

Not sure where they keep their cars but I would hope that when I drop a car off, it is not returned dirtier than when I dropped it off, unless I'm being unrealistic?

really great service if you have young kids as you don't want to be hanging around! The price makes it worthwhile for anyone and would totally recommend

As described the driver met us at the terminal, checked the mileage and car with me. On return the car was delivered quickly and as I had left it with reasonable additional mileage. Would recommend and use again.

I have used a number of meet and greet services, and found RS09 to be particularly good. Very friendly, on time and efficient. I will definitely be using this company again!

My only tiny gripe was the fact that it wasn't 100% clear from the information they provided in advance that we would need to call them before arriving at the terminal to drop off the car. Of course it DID state that we needed to do that, but it wasn't IMMEDIATELY clear. When we slipped up on that part of the process, the guy who collected our car pointed out several times that 'we were incredibly lucky' that he happened to be in the vicinity of the terminal building and wouldn't keep us waiting for too long. All whilst making us both feel a bit silly. As I say, everything turned out fine and we wouldn't rule out using this service again, but maybe they might like to make it clearer to customers that they need to call in advance of dropping the car off, and also brush up a little on their customer service skills. It didn't feel very nice to be made to feel silly at 5am in the morning :) Thank you for an efficient and fairly-priced service, though!

It all worked pretty effectively. We were met on arrival although there was a 5 minute approx delay..maybe you should advise on phoning ahead 25 minutes before eta rather than 20. Car was properly inspected ,which was unusual but impressive with this type of service. Car delivery was on time ,just,..again maybe we should call when the carousel starts!We will use the service on our next trip.

It was difficult to stop 20 minutes outside Gatwick so I had to wait a little for the driver to collect car but this was not really their fault. Arrived back to Gatwick after a three hour delay and phoned when baggage was collected and car was there within 20 minutes of phoning. Would recommend to all prices for a week were reasonable.
