First time we have used a meet and greet service and will certainly use them again.

It was the first time I used RS09 and everything worked smoothly. The driver was there when we arrive and the car was there as soon as we step out from the terminal building. I will definitly use it again

There is no more to add to my summary. The service was excellent and good value

I expected to be waiting a bit longer as it advises to ring 20 minutes before delivery and collection, but the driver turned up in no time at all in both directions, a much better service than others a lot more expensive, in my opinion.

Brilliant service. Driver was waiting for us at both ends of the trip. Such a good service. Wish I'd found this before. Will definitely use again.

I have used many valet parking services and rate RS09 as good as the higher priced services.

It was so convenient when travelling with a baby to be able to go right to the terminal on arrival and be back in our own car within half an hour of landing. And all for only a few pounds more than park and ride.

I usually do the car park, shuttle bus, etc ,never again,this is by far the easiest way to go on holiday. we were one and a half hours early,but within 15 mins of our phone call we were met keys handed over and on our way.The return was the same, once thro customs and 15 mins of phone call we were again met loaded up and on our way. I cant praise it highly enough, its good value,and professional. I will be useing RS09 Meet and Greet again

Most impressed by all aspects of the service, would definitely use them again and would recommend to a friend.

We found staff to be pleasant and very helpful. I will definenately use RS09 again.

The service was great. I was delayed due to heavy traffic but they contacted me and were there to collect when I finally arrived. They were there to meet me with my elderly mother although we took longer than expected. They couldn't do enough for me. Would definitely recommend them again.

Good value for money, takes out all the hassle of parking and getting to Aiport

See above - the last thing you want to fret over is where you parked the car - where did you put the reminder of where you parked the car - and where do you start looking for it upon your return from holiday.....you guys removed that pain thank you.

had to wait on dropping off and picking up car.car was very very dirty when got it back would not use again as must been parked in a quarry

Excellent service except the mobile no. given said 'unavailable' when we rang from the airport..!!! I rang another number I had which was the main office and arrangements were made from there. Could have been awkward if the office had not been manned.. Otherwise..no complaints..and very good value. Will definitely use again.. S.Pulman

When young children are unhappy and tired upon return from holiday, how lovely to have your car waiting there. The predicability of the whole thing gives great peace of mind. definitely would do this again

Having used a couple of other meet and greet providers at Gatwick I tried RS09 for the first time last week - have to say they were there bang on time both for the drop off and collection. The only small gripe is the 20 miles that had been put on the vehicle, but again this seems to be the norm with the other companies too - guess its the price you pay for having the convenience so I was not too bothered. Good service, would recommend and use again for our next holiday.
