Brilliant service. Was there when we arrived at the airport and was 5 mins away on our return. would recommend this to anyone.

This is the second time i have used the meet and greet service. Thinks its brilliant. People were very helpful and was at the airport when i arrived and was five mins when collecting. definately use again.

We were met at departures, and handover took less than 2 minutes. Upon returning the car was warmed up and waiting for us. My only slight complaint is the car looked as if it had been parked off road as tyres and undercarriage were soiled. Great value for money and convenient though and was a small price to pay for a great service.

Cannot fault this company in any way. A smooth & simple experience from start to finish. For our five day trip it worked out cheaper than a taxi & is by far the easiest option we have ever tried. Called when we had our bags & car was there for collection within 10/15mins, so even quicker than expected, with no waiting at either end. Will definitely use again - thank you.

All worked very well. Only slight criticsim is that directions to pick up poiunt could have been clearer. Otherwise grea including the optional valet service that I used.

We used the Meet and Greet service for the first time this July. Everything went as expected, we called 20 minutes before arriving at Gatwick, and were advised exactly where to park up and meet the driver. He was there on time and it was so much easier with small children to just get out of the car and not have to catch a bus from the car park. It also meant as our flight was early in the morning, that we did not have to get up 30 minutes earlier to enable us to park the car and then get to the airport. The return was just as good. Our flight had been delayed but when we called the number, the gentlemen said he would meet us where we had dropped the car off. By the time we had got outside he was just pulling up and all we had to do was hand over the ticket and put the kids into the back of the car.....so much easier. We will be using Meet and Greet every time we travel from now on.

Good service very punctual on our arrival, took longer on our return (due I think to heavy traffic at the terminal)good value for money . I would use again . Thankyou

The phone was answered quickly, the drivers were friendly and helpful and above all, it was CHEAPER than the car parks you have to schlepp all the way to the terminal on a coach! Not really an option with a baby, a buggy, 2 suitcases and a set of golf clubs. Will definitely use again.

We always use your company now if we need to park at Gatwick. The guys are always friendly (even if we get back to Gatwick at at 3am!), Very helpful and nearly always on time. 1st class service as usual. Thanks.

I've never used this option before but will definitely be using it again in the future. Fast, convenient and great service! So easy-just left the car with the agent and walked straight into the terminal. Timing perfect. Well done to RS09 Meet and Greet for a fantastic start and end to my holiday.

A very convenient way to park the car. I had a very early flight and not having to wait for the airport bus was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. No problems on the return and car was fine. I would recommend this service as value for money.

Very easy to use. Answered phone promptly with clear instructions as to where to drop the car. I was met immediately at drop-off and the car body work and mileage checked with my agreement. On my return I called and they said they would meet me in 15 minutes at the same point as drop-off. They did exactly that.

Very easy, very flexible. We were 45mins early, but was no problem for the staff who collected our car at our convenience. friendly efficient staff and service. Highly recommmended. Would definately use them again.

Much easier than catching shuttle buses to and from a car park and about the same price. Will certainly use again and would recommend it.

RS09 made it so easy to leave the car and get in the airport. With a child under 2 its never easy waiting for a bus and struggling with our luggage but this was simple at both drop off and pick up. The car was ready upon our return, traffic as always was heavy in the drop off area but 2 minutes after we got outside, the car was there. I will be using the service again and can't rate the company and the service high enough - Thanks

On the whole a good service but it did look as though the car had been parked in a field somewhere as there was some mud on the wheels and hubs of the car; other than that great and would use again.

Staff always very polite and much easier and cheaper than using the car parks, but did have to wait 10 minutes at departure and arrival.
