What can I say. These guys were punctual and professional. The car was returned in perfect condition and on the return we only waited for them for 3 minutes. And ll of this for the price of long term parking. The result is that I'll never use long term parking again. Now I just need to find a company that delivers a similar level of service at Heathrow!!

It took half an hour for arrival and departure after calling, but otherwise staff extremely helpful and polite.

This was the third time we used RS09. Pleasant staff who were nice and prompt with pick up and delivery. We will happily use RS09 again for our Gatwick parking.

this is not the very cheapest firm, but in my experience it is worth the little bit extra as they do what they promise, i would use them again

Booking was simple and quick and directions clear; a convenient, inexpensive and pleasant way to start and end one's journey.

I have absolutely no complaints about this service. The price was better than some of the other parking options. Our driver was waiting when we arrived to fly out and on our return the car arrived at the pickup point at the same time as us. Totally trouble free service and we will definitely use again if using Gatwick.

I'd never used this service previously and was a little apprehensive. No need to be, the service was excellent and I even took up the offer of mini valet while they had the car. Can't recommend this service high enough and will always use them in future.

Apart from being very good value the meet and greet saves so much time compared to off airport parking.

Even though we arrived earlier than expected the vehicle was collected promptly and efficiently and this was right outside the terminal entrance. The collection procedure was also very straightforward with the car waiting for us when we emerged from the building. The hassle factor of having to park the car yourself and then get transport to the airport will not occur again !

I treated myself to valet parking as it was my birthday and I wasn't disappointed! Even though there was a last minute change of terminals it caused no problems to RS09. Drop off and pick up ran incredibly smoothly. On my return my car was waiting for me as I left the terminal. I wouldn't hesitate in using RS09 again or even recommending them. I've used valet parking once before and I found RS09 to be even better.

We booked RS09 after having read the reviews on the website. Our experience was a very good one - we arrived at the airport 1 hour earlier than expected (5am rather than 6am) and I sent a text to the mobile number I had been given as I was not sure if we were too early. I got a call back within about 3 mins to say that the driver was at the airport and we could just turn up and someone would be there waiting - they were. We handed over the car to a very friendly driver. On our return, we called the contact number as soon as we collected our bags and by the time we arrive at the meeting point the car was there waiting for us (nicely warmed up). We would definately use this service again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I was really impressed with the parking service, they were very efficient and exceptionally well priced for the service we received. Really pleased, many thanks to the friendly staff.

Very pleasant gentleman collected our car. He was a little late on collection but it was out fault as we did not make the telephone call when 20mins away from airport,only 5 mins away. We apolgised for not phoning earlier but before we knew it he was at the airport with all the documentation etc. On arrival back to the UK we collecting our baggage and then phoned RS09 as instructed. We did wait again but this was due to the driver being stopped by the police for a spot check. All was fine and, again, very nice man. Will certainly try then again!

When we arrived at the airport we waited a couple of minutes for the driver. They checked the car over and when we were happy took the car away. When we got to the check in desk we relised we had only had 4 out of 5 of our passports. My husband called the company and they kindly went to the pound and checked inside the car. The passport had dropped down the side of the seat. The driver then said he would bring the passport back to us straight away. We can not thank them enough. We checked in on time and had a great holiday. When we returned the car was waiting for us at the drop off point.

As frequent flyers we often use similar services yet this was our first time using this company. Was the cheapest and most efficent. Travelling with young children we did not want to hang around and the driver was there on time on both occassions - even allowed us to drop off in one terminal and pick up in another. Great value for money and excellent service!

Friendly staff greeted us and noted down mileage etc speedily, allowing us to check-in early. On our return the car was waiting for us all nice and warm. Fantastic service at a very reasonable rate. Would highly reccomend.

I was a bit nervous about using a meet and greet service for the first time - heard some horror stories on the web - but chose RS09 because of the favourable other reviews on a comparison web site (and the price!). It all worked very smoothly - even the £15 wash and valet
