We found this service very good in comparison to other similar companies. We had 2 cars, only had to ring once for both of them, the staff were waiting to collect the cars and we had only a short wait when we returned. My car had a clutch problem and they were very helpful with information about the problem and offering to take drive us back and forth to the car while we waited for the AA. In the end, they found the bit that had fallen off and fixed it for us. All the staff we came in contact with (including the boss) were friendly, polite and approachable. We will definitely use them again.

Representative arrived approx 45 minutes after I called him leaving me waiting 20 minutes at the airport. He was also sirly and tried to point out non existent marks on my car. The collection was much better with a friendly rep waiting outside only 15 minutes after I called. However, I can only assume the 24.9 miles put on my car was caused by ferrying reps to and fro a couple of times!

Good response from the office when I phoned to say we were 20 minutes away and driver was on time both collecting and returning the car. I would certainly use them again. Only downside was the car appeared to have been parked under a tree and now needs a good clean!

we timed the pick up on my watch and both time they came within the estimated time. Other companies used have been very dissapointing with delivering the car, just when you need to get home after a long journey.

The driver was waiting by the time we arrived at the drop-off point. There was also very little delay at collection. the price was very good when compared with other meet and greet groupd on the day.

This was the first time we had used RS09 meet and greet, we found the service very good, the driver arrived same time we did to take our car to car park, he was very pleasent, and when we collected our bags after flight we rang them and they dropped our car back to us right outside the south terminal.It was very nice not having to mess around getting a bus to the carpark, we just got in and drove away from the terminal. We will use this service in the future every time.

We were very impressed with the service offered by RS09. The driver was waiting to collect our car in the designate place and when we returned, the car was delivered punctually.

2nd time used in a week, much better than first time. Prompt collection and delivery, and no trying to sell car washing service just when you want to get home. If it was a repeat of the first I would have struck them off the list, but I would go back again and hope the first experience was a one-off

Security of handover poor my car was given back to me because I showed the chauffeur an RS09 card. I was suprised no ID was required or at least a card with a reference number or code or something. I could have been anybody, a previous customer or anyone who knows your system and can print a business card. apart from that all was well many thanks

I was very dubious about the idea of meet and greet. I didn't believe for ne minute that someone would actually be there to take the car and expected a lot of waiting about to get it back upon our return. However not knowing the Gatwick area and having had some hairy moments in the past trying to find off site airport parking facilities I decided to risk it taking the precaution of booking the car with an extra hour allowed for messing about. I needn't have worried, it worked like clockwork. My heart sank when my initial call on departure wasn't answered but within seconds RS09 called me back and ten minutes later a delightful young woman had whisked the car away. The car turned up promptly when we flew back to the UK was delivered by a charming and perky chap who got us on our way in no time. I am converted and would certainly use RS09 if I had to fly from Gatwick again or at Manchester of a Midlands airport if you operate from these locations. I would certainly recommend and have already done so.

First time used this type of service so a little apprehensive, but all ok in end. Slight delay in return of car but probably only due to lost suitcase delaying our exit from airport buildings. As not too dissimilar cost of parking and getting bus, would use service again, if costs remain broadly similar

Well worth the money. simply drive to the airport and they take the car and when you come back its there to meet you! Fantastic especially if you've got kids.

No apology for late arrival of driver. On our return the car was ready and waiting for us with no additional mileage on clock. Cost was very competitive/better than other meet & greet companies.

We were a little worried about some of the negative reviews - Don't be! We dropped the car off at 5.30am in the morning, to be greeted by their staff and the car was ready and waiting at the terminal as we exited the terminal building.

This is a good service but you should allow some time (say 10 minutes) for pick up and return of vehicle. Thus dont arrive at the airport at the last minute and expect to drop your car and run to the gate...you could be disappointed. That said it is still quicker than dropping at an offsite location and much cheaper than on airport parking.

On arrival driver waiting to collect car. On return we were through much quicker than normal as it was after midnight - 15/20 minute wait for car to arrive as expected. Only 12 miles recorded on trip counter. Very happy with our experience. Everyone we had contact with was friendly and helpful.

Took over 40 minutes from calling them to meet and collect the car, can accept that on a busy Fri afternoon, but we were also left waiting around after midnight on the reutrn for them to deliver the car. It was over the 15-20 minutes from calling. And after waitig around wanting to get home, that is not the time to try selling a car wash next time!!

I followed all the instructions very carefully. Every time I contacted RS09, I had to make about 3 or 4 phone calls before I got through. Drop off was okay although we did have to wait around for the driver to turn up. On our return, we called RS09 after collecting our luggage. Again, the phone just rang out until my husband tried his mobile and he got through. We then waited 40 mins for our car. This was at 1.25am with 2 small children. Eventually, after calling the company to find out what was going on, we got no apology just "I don't know what's going, I'll call the guy" and then hung up. When the driver eventually turned up, he said he'd been asleep, he gets a call when he's in bed, then drives to Gatwick Airport. Again, no offer of an apology. We were livid, it was 2.05am and freezing cold with 2 children (aged 4 and 6) shivering and extremely tired. I will not be using or recommending this company at all. I would rather pay more money and have a reliable, friendly and punctual service.
