Much more punctual both at drop-off and pick-up than other firms we've used. When we got our car back the RSO9 guy really helpfully put our luggage in for us - without being asked - as I'd broken my arm on holiday. Better than faultless

RS09 did exactly what they asid they would. We arrived early to the airport which was no problem and they came quickly to collect the car. They were friendly and helpful, easy to deal with and looked after our car as we'd expected.

Would definitely use again - it is so convenient and great value for money. Only minor gripe was on pick up - we are not familiar with the layout of Gatwick and couldn't find the way back to the pick up pint when we landed: the driver was distinctly unsympathetic to our plight. But there again it was 2 o'clock in the morning...

The service was very easy to use and made the journey much easier. The staff were friendly and punctual and it was definitely good value for money. The whole process was very simple.

We arrived a little earlier than expected, but the driver was there to meet us and went round the car to check for existing damage. On our return we only had a few minutes to wait before our car arrived, in the same condition as we left it and with very few miles added. Altogether an efficient and value for money service which we will use again.

Exactly as advertised -- they answered the phone (both times) immediately, arrived to collect the car when they said they would,and were waiting for us when we returned.

We actually arrived early but having telephoned ahead the driver was there to meet us. Pity the weather was so cold on our arrival back but I realise that was out of their control. Excellent service - many thanks. Recommend to anyone especially those with bulky luggage. We had golf clubs and in the past they are really awkward to get on and off a bus.

Met on arrival at airport almost immediately, very friendly and courteous, particularly as so early in morning. Delivery on return slightly delayed, however airport was very busy, but again return driver pleasant and efficient. Would certainly recomment this service to anyone.

Arrived early in the morning(4am).Phoned 20 mins away and was given concise and easily understood directions of where to meet. No waiting around straight into the terminal. On return there was a slight delay(about 5-10mins) but that was probably because the plane arrived over 20 mins early and all of our bags came out very quickly. My friend in the car was very impressed by the service and thought that meet and greet was definitely the way he would go next time.The cost was unbelievably cheap compared to some of the other meet and greet companies but cannot see how the service could be better.

I would definately use & recommend again. Our flight was 6 hours late arriving at Gatwick yet this caused no inconvenience to the delivery of my car. As we left the terminal my car was just pulling up outside. Why people still use the buses to get to off airport parking I will never know! This is the best way to end a holiday.

I have used this service before and they were quite good. This time was appauling. The driver was late picking up the vehicle and they had a different registration number. I had called three days before and advised that I would be using a different car. On the way back. I called after we got our luggage but unfortunately, we were stuck at customs with a large queue to get through. The driver called on several occassion and was very RUDE and pracically shouted down the phone, saying "I've been waiting 10 mins, where are you!!" - Not a pleasant man! Prob, wont use you again and wont recommend you.

Best way we have ever done it. They were there at the beginning of our holiday & at the end within minutes of us calling them. Very cheerful & friendly. We will def use again & have told others to as well.

even with confusion over terminal and early arrival and late arrival, service worked perfectly!

Some slight confusion over where exactly in the drop-off area we should meet our driver for both dropping off and collecting car but nothing serious: we were standing at the start of the drop-off area but despite us waving at our driver, he drove past us and parked right down to the end of the drop-off area. So instructions could be more specific. Nevertheless, will use this service again.

What more is there to say. I will definitely used this company again.
