First time we've used this company & we will use them again. No problems. Drivers were there for drop-off & quick for pick-up. About 20 miles on the clock, perhaps more than expected but not ludicrous. Recommended.

My car was picked up and returned very easily. Arriving slightly earlier and returning quite a lot later (flight delay) did not cause any issues.

Service worked very well. Drivers were waiting on both drop off and pick up. Would highly recommend.

The arrangements went like clockwork. We had to wait about 5 minutes for the driver to collect our car from us. Our return flight was 2 hours late and then the baggage return took about another hour. The only comment when we called RS09 was that they were concerned about us! But the car was available as soon as we reached the parking spot.

Very friendly staff very impressed that we were asked for ID when driver returned out car. Will use RS09 again.

Did have to call twice for pick up but think he got caught in traffic & he did apologise.

I chose RS09 on the basis of online reviews and their price. They were certainly the cheapest and they were as good as any meet and greet service I've used before. I would certainly recommend them to anyone for service and especially price.

Excellent service. Will use again. Paid an extra £15 for car to be cleaned and was very impressed, the car has never been so clean, inside and out, even in the boot and a sunshine air-freshener was a nice touch. The people who met us were very friendly. Waited 5 mins for the car when we arrived from holiday, and people on the phone were a bit miserable, but all in all a very good experience.

Much easier than getting a transfer coach! The representative was already there on both drop off and pick up - no waiting around at all. A very slick operation - we would highly recommend.

By far the most convenient way to park at the airport and at a price comparable with much less convenient methods. Well worth a little extra.

I've never tried anything like this before but when it came up cheaper than using the usual park and bus I decided to try it. It was everything I wanted and more - drop off and pick up right at the airport and friendly, punctual service. As frequent flyers to our place in Menorca, we won't be doing it any other way in future. I can confidently recommend this!

First time using the service. I normally pay extra for short stay parking or use the shuttle bus services. With a journey that required flying out from the North Terminal and back to the South terminal 8 days later I was keen to avoid the shuttle between the 2 terminals. The meet and greet service by RS09 met my needs perfectly and I would thoroughly recommend them.

and despite me arriving to early both on departure and return, the controller very courteously made his best efforts to pick up and return my car as quickly as possible. No complaints, good value for money service. Would use again Thanks

We kept the driver waiting for about 10 minutes as we were unable to see the car due to sheer number of cars waiting. However, the driver was very good natured about this. Thanks for an excellent service! Please pass on thanks to our driver!

The service given was a fast way o getting to the airport without having to lump cases from car to bus and then off the bus into the airport, each way must of saved us an hour thank you. Mr. Hill Bedfordshire.
