I got back into my car and was very disappointed to find that there were lots of muddy footprints on the drivers side and on the door ledge. This meant I had to take a car for an internal valet that it hadn't previously needed. Not good enough.

I had a great experience with RS09 overall. They were there waiting for me when I arrived, and we only had to wait about 5 minutes (at 4am...) when we returned, which was much later than we were due back (no extra charge). Low mileage and condition of the car completely fine. 2 niggles: 1) took several attempts to contact the guy on the phone to advise of our arrival and return; 2) not a problem at all for us, but when we were returning there seemed to be a couple of other people trying to drop off their cars who had been waiting a while.

This was the second time we've used RS09 Meet and Greet Parking. As before they were efficient and on time. Two hassle-free experiences

Very well positioned in front of terminal.This arrangement was particularly appreciated as our flight was delayed for five hours and we arrived back at Gatwick in the early hours. Would not have liked having to wait for a train till 6.00am!

We were delayed and phoned to let them know- instructions of where to meet were clear and they were waiting when we arrived and we were quickly off- we did not miss the flight! which we would have done if there was any further delay and so thank you

We arrived at the airport drop off point later than we had booked so could complain about waiting for the driver to meet us, on are return the car was waiting for us in the same condititon we had left it ( I was worried as we had used another company before and they returned my car with damage) I would say good value for money and will most likely use this company again.

We used this service at Gatwick recently (May) they were great. Met car fine on the way and were there on way back, didn't have to wait around at all. Would definately reccommend them we don't have a very flash car so wasn't a problem were they kept it but they may bother someone with a very posh car maybe?

The drop off worked superbly,but the pickup we had to wait 1/2 hr not the 15/20 minutes quoted.We had the car valited which was excellent.

I travel often and found the service from RS09 the best meet and greet so far, I will be using them again.

We have never used a Meet and Greet before, but after finding good reviews for RS09 decided to use them. Their driver was friendly, professional and punctual. On our return from our holiday, their driver was waiting for us with our car. Absolutely would use them again. This company offer good value and a great service.

I was very pleased with the whole arrangement. The staff were punctual, easy to find and courtious. I would use them again.

I booked in for 8 30 in the morning instead of the evening. We received a phone call asking where we were. We explained my error and they were very polite and stated that they would see us in the evening. We had to wait for a while on our return journey, but this was because there was a hold up on the road around Gatwick. All of the cars were arriving late. Only non-positive comment - Car was rather dirty - outside!

With a price that was comparable to standard long-term parking, it was far easier to just pull up at arrivals, hand over the keys and head straight into check-in. No waiting, no buses, no fuss. a great service.

We have used other meet and greet services and some we have found to be rather frustrating to say the least. Being late to collect the car leaving no time at the airport and also being late to return car upon our arrival home this met all our expectations. They were very prompt to collect the car and very polite. Upon our arrival home the service was the same, prompt and courteous even though we could not produce our yellow slip, it was not a problem. My daughter also used them for the same trip and found the service to be the same and she has two toddlers as well. Would always use again. Keep up the good service. I rate this company as excellent.
