This is the second time I have used RS09 at gatwick. Both have been good experiences. Friendly staff and efficient telephone manner. Waited about 5 mins for the driver at departure, but there waiting for us on arrival. All good.

We were met on time both for dropping off and picking up. The night of our return was very cold and blowy it was good not to have to wait and even better that all our luggage did not have to be carried on buses and dragged across a car park

i found this meet and greet the best value for money. at gatwick directed me to an easy to find location - usually the most stressful bit for me.. no fuss, quick turnaround. not too bad a wait on return. i will be using again and will have already reccommended.

Everything about my RS09 experience was positive. The phone contact worked as expected and the parking staff were there to greet us, as expected, to pick up and return the car. This was excellent value for money and we were very happy with their service.
