Fast and friendly service. Very helpful and no problems at all. A pleasure to use them...

Met as arranged, car inspected and mileage recorded. We changed our return plans at the last minute and these were accomodated with no fuss or concern. A delight to deal with; Thank you RS09. Will certainly use again.

I rang on route and arranged the pick up Point they arrived on time And took the car When we arrived back my car was waiting 1st class recommendation

A really good service - our driver was waiting for us when we arrived and the paperwork was easy. Book early to ensure that all of the email details you need have time to arrive - we didn't and it was a bit tricky without the phone number to call before drop-off. On the way back there was a delay as there were several on our flight using the service - the lesson is to call as early as possible once off the flight - but the delay was only 15 minutes, the car comes right to where you dropped it off at the airport and the car was perfect. Much easier than park & rid coach trips.

All worked smoothly, employee was nice and friendly. They arrived punctually and took away my car. I was a little upset when I got it back as I had it cleaned before handing it over and it came back with muddy footprints and big drops of wet mud on the side of the car (internally). This was the only prob so I would use again if it came up as the cheapest option again.

First class, polite, on time and vehicle in the same condition as I left it!

Never used meet and greet before. Was not sure what to expect. But everything went as planned and we were pleasantly surprised. Would definitely use it again.

I feel that the service was worth the money it was nice to be able to drop the car off and be in the terminal within 5 minutes and to be able to jump into a warm cat and be on way home so quickly

Driver was there waiting for me, very friendly and professional. On return same driver with no hassle. Would highly recommend company.

Late night road works held up the return of the car but we were kept informed and the car turned up as promiseed when the road reopened. Good communications. Would use again.

All went to plan. If I had to find criticisms, they would be: 1) On arrival, the phone number I called was enagaged (2 times). I had a moment of panic. But 3rd time was OK. 2) I had to wait 10-15 mins in the meeting area for my car. But I would expect to have to wait given you cannot be waiting for me in that busy area. So, service was as expected and I was satisfied with it. I would use it again.

Staff waiting when going away on holiday and by the time had walked through Gatwick after informing RS09 that I had my baggage the car was ready and waiting. Excellent service and very easy to use, would definately recommend this when travelling from Gatwick and would definately use again. Much easier than park and ride.

The service was efficient and the collection and delivery punctual. I'd have no hesitation using them again

called at 6am as joined M23 off M25, met at agreed spot,turned off the engine and the driver arrived. Took a little longer on the return journey, but only a 10 min wait, thankfully it was a lovely sunny spring day. Will use them again

Instructions where to meet and when were fine. Also the car arrived back just as we arrived at the meeting point. Very good.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service to others. Punctual arrival at both ends of our journey; if only the same could be said for the airline!

They knew their stuff and corrected me when I got the wrong terminal!!!!

I had to return early from holiday, driver was there with my car as I found my way out of the terminal. Everybody on the phone and in person were laid back and friendly but also neat, punctual and businesslike. They didn't get in the way of making my trip an enjoyable on.

Really easy to use and definitely good value for money, making the whole experience at Gatwick very pleasant. Much better than the off-site parking I used last time. Will definitely use again.
