The booking was an easy process and I was surprised at the low cost. Clear instructions provided. Reminder E mail also sent Driver was ready to collect on arrival at 5.30am and the car returned to us within 5 minutes of coming out of the arrivals area. I would use the company again and definitely recommend as a result of quality of service and price.

Pick -up was good it was only on return that I felt concerned as my calls were not answered, in fact they took 30 minutes and 6 calls to answer!

Everything was great, except the car was returned covered in thick sandy dust and the drivers floor, mat and inside sill was absolutely covered in the dust. I had to have it cleaned inside and out on return home - a cost I was not expecting to make

Didn't answer phone when called had to call central number ,then arrived 20 mins late not good enough.

Well priced service where drivers were on time for both collecting and returning car. All the staff were helpful and my only slight complaint was that the car had been kept in a field as the wheels were dirty. Still for the money and convenience it was well worth it

Very efficient and prompt service. We were an hour ahead of schedule and telephoned the office and they sent a driver to collect our car without any hassle. I'd def use again and would recommend.

We were running very late when we phoned to say we were 20 mins away operater offered to keep our car available for a few hours just in case we had actually missed our flight. Driver was waiting for us, we managed to catch our flight and on return driver arrived within ten minutes so all in all an excellent service many thanks

Car collected from Departures. Much better than having to drag heavy cases onto shuttle buses. Could see from plane on return that roads around airport were clogged up after an accident, but still the delay in waiting for the car was very short. Would use this service again.

Excellent value for money and makes the process of getting on with our holiday so much easier. Will never use transfer airport parking again with such a good service available.

It was really easy to use this service and saved lots of time and unnecessary transfers from the car park. Our car was collected promptly and drop off was even speedier. The only improvement I would suggest is that it isn't immediately clear where to meet the driver... This wasn't a particular problem but directions could possibly be improved.

I was slightly apprehensive about meet and greet as it was my firstexperience but RS09 were fabulous. Very prompt and efficient.

They were there to collect the car when we arrived at the airport and waiting for us with the car when we arrived back. We have used a few meet and greet services and cannot fault RS09 at all - and a special thank you to Georgio, the driver (same both ways) who was extremely nice and very jolly! I would highly recommend them.

A very convenient service reducing the normal time taken parking. We would use this again providing the prices remain competitive.

Couldn't expect more from a meet and greet service. Right outside the door of departures and there when we got back. Excellent and not expensive - cheaper than getting a taxi but with the luxury of door to door service.

This was a first class service which we would not hesitate to use again and would recommend to family and friends. The staff were waiting for us as we arrived to park our car and delivered our car ahead of our arrival at the collection point.

Having read alot of the reviews i used RS09 meet and greet service for the first time. I was very impressed with the whole experience. They were waiting to collect the car on departure and also waiting to hand the key over on arrival. 10 out of 10 customer satisfaction
