The service was punctual and the staff polite. I would definitely use this service again.

Outstanding service, nothing was too much we turned up early and they took the car no problem they were waiting at the door we didnt have to wait for them. Then with delays coming back they were waiting at the door again. Best thing ever!!

The RS09 driver was waiting for me when I pulled up at Gatwick (15-18 minutes after my call). Very professionally checked my car and noted any exterior damage, mileage and fuel level. On our return we called RS09 as soon as we had reclaimed our luggage. We made our way out to the pick up point and waited approx 5 minutes. Very pleased with service, would use again.

Second time I've used RS09 and very impressed again. All went according to plan and friendly.

A bit late due to traffic, so difficulty with slot and had to wait a while on departure but understandable. On return phone engaged a few times.

unable to contact them on either number - always engaged. by the time they delivered the car we would have been quicker getting the bus to the long stay - wont use them again

Courteous and polite driver, Perhaps some more official form of ID - or the name given over the phone from the call centre? - might make the customer a little less apprehensive about handing over their keys to a stranger? But all in all service worked very well- despite the building chaos at Gatwick!

When we researched for a meet and greet service we found that this one was very competetively priced.We were very pleased to find that the service was second to none. Very polite, quick, careful staff. We would definately use again!

RS09 were cheaper than parking off airport and offered the convenience of leaving and picking up the car right at the terminal. I was sceptical but after reading the reviews I decided to book them The service was absolutely as described. Very punctual and the drivers were very personable. Recommended!

This wasn't as good as the first time we used it as we had to wait quite a long time for the car to be picked up and equally to have it delivered back to us - but havint said that the staff are very friendly and apologetic if they are late. After all it was August and very hectic. I haven't been put off and would use this service again. Incidentally while I was waiting another family had their car delivered back to them from a different service and were unhappy because the car was absolutely covered with mud both outside and inside and another family were disputing dents on the side. Our car was clean and as good as we had left it so again so a very good service I can recommend!

This was our first time using RS09 Meet & Greet Parking and will definitely use again if travelling from Gatwick. We were also fortunate to receive a special offer which made it even better. Would definitely recommend to other customers

The departure/collection was excellent-The driver was waiting as I pulled in outside the North Terminal. The flight home unfortunately arrived at 2.15am. I phoned RS09 to say I was waiting for my baggage and I was told to phone again when I had my bag.When we took the bags off I phoned again but we had to wait about 25 mins before the car arrived.We had to wait outside at the drop off point and were tired and cold by the time we got the car. I think perhaps there was a skeleton staff on due to the 2am time slot. That is my only criticism as otherwise it is a great service and the smooth operation of the departure made for a stress free start to our holiday.

When it came to collect our car the battery was flat - we had informed the driver on pick up that if the radio was left on the battery would die.

Had great difficulty dropping car off in making contact, mobile no not picked up, also tried texting and ringing booking no. waited over 1/2hr at Gatwick. On return also not picked up sent text, was then answered on next ring. Would not use again

First time we used a meet and great service and was most appreciative of the great service. We arrived 30mins before due time and RS09 was happy to accommodate. On return the wait was not long and the car was returned how we left it. Will be using RS09 Meet and Great Parking again when next travelling.

phoned 20 minutes before we got there, then when we arrived. were told he was 2 minutes away. thought he'd have a white shirt, but it was blue. easy handover. pick-up, we phoned once we had our suitcases, and the airport was so big, we only waited 5 minutes outside. car was in good condition, but my husband did complain about his seat settings being all off( but he complains about that when I use it too!

No problems at all, they did what it say on the tin, have and will recommend to others.

Great service. Would have liked a few more directions on where to drop the car off. But overall a great experience - no issues. Would definitely use it again. Never quite sure whether a tip is usually given to the driver in these situations or if it's expected! :)

We were unfortunate that our car brokedown at the depot.Your staff contacted us and collected us from the Airport,while at the depot waiting for the breakdown recovery they were very friendly offering us drinks and food. Well done

very good value for money,good customer service,made my travelling more enjoyable not having to worry about parking!!! the only criticism would be that being a woman travelling on my own,on my return would have been nice to have had a little help from the driver to put my luggage in the boot with me. but i would definitely recommend and use your services again.
