The car was picked up on time, and even though we were delayed coming out of the airport the driver was still waiting for us, for our journey home. so yes we would use this service again.

Slight mix up on arrival at garwick, they were late as someone did not get the message that we had aarived, but apart from that a very good service.

Basically we left early as there was an accident on the M25 and when we got there was all cleared up and made it to Gatwick an hour early, so 20 minutes out of Gatwick called up to say we'd be early and they said no probs, meet us within minutes of getting to Gatwick, did an inspection of the car wrote down the mileage and explained what happens on our return from hols. We were delayed in returning and again this was no problem, no extra charge and were very prompt, car as expected was in perfect nick, would definitely recommend 110%!

This was the most awful experience ever. It went badly right from the start - we arrived and had to wait 45 mins for a rep to arrive, depsite phoning in advance. They went to the wrong terminal but blamed us. We nearly missed our flight. On arriving back to Gatwick, we called them and they said we should have been back the day before. Our paperowrk clearly showed we had booked on the correct day. They were rude and unhelpful. Time keeping was on existent. We will never use this company again.

Everything happened as expected. The driver took a little bit of time to greet us after we arrived, but that's normal. On return, driver explained that there were delays into Gatwick so it may take a while to greet us. They then turned up pretty promptly, so I was impressed.

Poor traffic management/access to the departures drop off point ment a delay in the driver collecting the car. Telephone responses to questions about the length of delay could have been handled better. Give a specific length of time rather than we're stuck in traffic. If you are in and out all day you have a fair idea of the time it will take to get from the roundabout outside south terminal to the drop off point. Over estimate if necessary being vague is more annoying than being told a specific wait time. That said the service is good and value for money.

I did not fancy having to park offsite waiting for buses in the midle of the night and having to lug our bags on and off buses. This worked really well for us and I would use again.

Both the drivers were polite and punctual and the whole service was very convenient and efficient.

overall a good service provided, except for the Punctuality which was not a good thing when your waiting on double yellow lines and getting hassle from traffic wardens. On the plus side the staff were friendly and helpful and the price was excellent value.

We were always dubious about these meet and greet companys but as there were no trains to Gatwick airport due to the land slide we decided to take a gamble. On departure we rang as instructed 20mins before we were due to arrive at the airport and within minutes of unloading the car the driver appeared. He checked over the car and gave us the paper work and took the key. On arrival we rang after collecting our cases and we were told to go to the same point where we dropped the car on departure. Sure enough he was there waiting for us. We showed ID and were given the key. We have already recommended this company to family and friends. Keep up the good work!

Main problem was that despite calling in advance as explained on the instructions both when arriving and departing we waited approx 15-20mins for our car.

We were running late due to traffic but it was easy to reschedule the pickup. Upon return, car was delivered within a few minutes of us arriving at the pickup point. No fuss, excellent service.

Because, there was a problem at South Terminal Gatwick, the parking staff kept us informed and talked us in. They kept calm and consequently we were confident that we would be on time to fly. We were grateful for the confidence they instilled and the calmness they encouraged.

This was the first time we had tried this type of service, and I must say it was well worth the experience. We will definitely use it again. Top stuff.

The phones were answered immediately and attendants there to meet us as soon as arived both and departure and returning to the UK. A great service that takes all the stress out of this first and last parts of your holiday.

I had to make two phone calls from the meeting point before the driver turned up. I know it was peak holiday time but it is difficult when you are constantly being moved on by the police. On my return The driver turned up very promptly which compensated for the bad start to my holiday.

Despite severe problems with the Gatwick Express being out of service RS09 collected our car and redelivered it promptly.

Would recommend these people. They were punctual, friendly and excellent value for money.

Extremely easy and efficient service! Very polite and courteous on both drop and collection (even at 12.30am!). Amazing service for less than the cost of the Summer special parking! It's a bit of a no-brainer now - why would we book any other way!
