Generally we were pleased with the service. Our only slight complaint was that it took several attempts to get through on the phone which is rather disconcerting!

Both drop off and pick up were timely. Meet and greet especially welcome as the return flight was delayed and did not land until 1am

Very courteous staff and and excellent service overall. It took slightly longer than expectation to get my car back after arrival, but still much quicker than bussing off-site.

Everything worked as expected. Staff helpful, car waiting when we came out of the terminal. Good service for a very reasonable price. Will definitely use them again. Minor quibble - had to try the phone number a couple of times before getting through.

The meet was on time and the return the same. Gatwick Airport could improve the service by moving on private cars waiting to pick up.

In the past I have paid more money for other valet companies and have had to wait at both drop off and collection which is incredibly frustrating. RS09 were the cheapest and were very prompt at both departure and arrival. I'd definitely use them next time if they remain the cheapest.

This was a really good service. I had not used a 'meet & great' service before, but I will definitely be doing it again. No hanging around for buses, struggling with luggage or worrying how far away the car park is from the terminal. I parked right outside the terminal, a member of staff was there within a couple of minutes, and we walked straight in to the terminal building. A great, stress free start to our holiday. Really good value for money and I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

This was our first experience with a meet and greet and would definitely use it (and this company) again. The only slight grumble was that it took us a few attempts to get through when rang after landing - phone wasn't answered. When we did get to the waiting area for returning the car we had to wait about 20 min. They'd just had a bundle of flights landing close together, apparently. But even with that, still think it was a good service/value for money.

Ok on arrival, Efficient service. We had to wait half an hour on our return, and phone operator quite curt. Cost was good.

I can't fault the service. It was simple to arrange and the price was reasonable, the staff were friendly and punctual and the car was returned to me on time and in the same order as it was collected. Thank you, I'll certainly use this company again. Ray Westcott

Very impressed with RS09 who in my opinion were exceptional value for money. the drop off was booked for a specific time however it was the evening of the lorry crash at Jct 7 of the M25 which meant that we eventually got to the airport 2 hours later than expected. This wasnt an issue for RS09 who upon reciving our call told us not to worry and to call them when we thought we were c15 mins away - this we did and they were waiting for us ready to collect the car. The retun was simple with a call to them after picking up our cases, by the time we had wheeled them out of the airport the car was waiting for us.

Coped with travel delays and me leaving my passport in the car without fuss. Recommended.

Due to an accident on the M25, we arrived really late. After phoning several times on route and having to change the pick up time several times, the chaffeur was still ready for us when we arrived. The car was taken but had to be returned a few hours later due to the flight being missed.The staff were brilliant in such an unfortunate situation. We had to return to Gatwick 4 days later for an alternative flight and our booking was changed with no hassle at no extra charge. I can not recommend this company highly enough. They were brilliant in every way. Will definately use them again.

We waited nearly one hour for our car to be brought to us on our return. It was explained that traffic in the airport was bad, but people having their cars brought to them reported delays of 10 mins not 40 mins. We were told that the car was en route from the car park but I believe that it had not left.

This is the third time we've used RS09, and they were as good as ever. We were slightly inconvenienced this time, but this wasn't really RS09's fault. At Gatwick, because of building works, there is only a small area that valet parkers can use, and it's double yellow lined. It was a VERY busy summer Sunday, and the Gatwick parking attendants would not let cars stop for more than a couple of minutes. Our RS09 driver was dropping off another car -- whose owner did not turn up (he was either dawdling in shops or probably had not been entirely truthful about having collected his luggage when he rang RS09) so we both had to waste a lot of time driving around Gatwick. RS09 were very apologetic and said they'd send another driver to pick up the car, but in the end the other owner did turn up. The lesson is to leave plenty of time in case of hold-ups (AND not to ring RS09 until you've actually got your luggage, as it holds up everybody else!)

This was the first time I used valet parking, the decision made based on it being cheaper than the usual car parking options. I had to wait around 10minutes for the collection and less than 5 minutes for delivery of the vehicle upon return (both less than the usual bus trip back to car parks). The price was cheaper also compared with car parks by around £10-15, so will be using gosimply.com again for future trips and holidays.

Good value for money, with a very efficient drop off and pick up. We did not have to wait for the driver at all. A goog start to the holiday.

Does what it says on the tin. Good value. Had to wait a little while on my return but no biggie. Hard to find passenger drop off when you are inside the terminal! Great value. Will use again.

The driver was wairing for us when we dropped off the car. He was very polite and explained everything fully. On our return we were delayed for 5 hours but we called the driver and he was with us withing 20 minutres which is the time allowed. Have used this company before and will use again and would recommend to friends also.
