The easiest way to deal with holiday parking by far, and not expensive.

The summary says it all; very cheap and very good what more can you ask for ?

This was the cheapest of all the parking options, yet the service was first class. The phone was answered promptly on both occasions and our car collected and delivered back to us without delay. Well done RS09.

Was the cheapest company for the valet service. Had to wait for 20 mins for the parking attendant on my outbound journey which left us wondering if it was worth it. On my return my car was there waiting for me, although my previously immaculate car was filthy. I guess you get what you pay for - however, for the money I would recommend this company and if they are still the cheapest next time I will use again.

They were not as professional as the other companies I've used before at Gatwick

Didn't wait long after arriving at the agreed meeting place on departure date or after arriving back and having called to collect my car. Will certainly use again.

The drop off went very well with the staff member waiting for us as we pulled up at the airport. After a quick bit of paperwork we were done. However on our return it was not so good. When phoning on our return we could not get through, then we were told to phone back once we had got our luggage, so tried again a few mins later but couldn't get through. When we did we were told to head outside where we would be met within 20 mins. We were not and had to wait quite a few mins longer that that. I tried texting for an update but got no response. When the girl did arrive, there was not apology. A pain when you arrive back from holiday as we could almost have jumped on a minibus and got the the park and ride by the time our car arrived.

I encountered no problems when arriving at Gatwick. After a few minutes wait, the car was collected by a friendly member of staff who completed a check of the vehicle, noted the mileage and gave me a card with clear instructions on what to do on my return. Unfortunately, on my return to Gatwick I experienced a delay of about 20-25 minutes (on top of the 15-20 minute wait you are already warned about on the return instructions). The latter setback aside, RS09 rates were the best for meet and greet parking. The staff were friendly and polite. So on balance, I will use them again.

The service i received was very punctual, staff were very friendly and through when checking the car and making sure we were the owners of the car. I would definatly use the service again as it made the begining and the end of our holiday so quick and easy.

On time collection and delivery, good service and no issues. Good price too!

So much better than driving to a field miles away and having to wait for a bus transfer. Would totally recommend RS09

Everything was very simple, everything was as promised and it was surprisingly cheaper to have a meet and greet service than to park the car ourselves! I would expect to use this service again.

Having used this service for the first time, we weren't quite sure how easy it would be, but we have already booked to use the meet and greet service for our next holiday, so this tells you how impressed we were! We couldn't have asked for a better service. Our car was collected within minutes of arriving at the airport, with just a minimal amount of paperwork to complete. More importantly, after a long journey back, with four tired children and a henous quantity of luggage, our car was returned promptly and with no fuss. We will be definitley be using this service for the forseeable future.

This service worked well for us. We had to wait about 10 minutes for the car to be returned after clearing customs, but this is hardly excessive. They were waiting for us when we first got to gatwick, so no delays there. I was a little concerned we got no receipt when we handed the keys over (just their standard card), but need not have worried.

Drop off was fantastic - punctual and efficient with paperwork etc. Pick up was also punctual but poor communication from driver and no paperwork or inspection of car etc on return which I thought a bit odd. Overall a good service and I would recommend and use again.

we had to wait for about 15 mins for our car to be collected and it was the same when we got back so may be they need to adjust their time or call them once you have got your first bag otherwise everything else was good the car was warmed for us and that was good as we came from 37c to about 17c . I have no other complain except for their punctuality.

Made the call 20 minutes from arrival at Gatwick. Person was waiting when we arrived. Was friendly & efficient and wished us a good trip. On return, flight was delayed, but we called when we received our bags. Was given clear direction to go and pick the car up in 10/15 minutes. Took us 5 minutes to walk there and it turned up in only a couple more. Swift hand over. All very good.

Very good service, no major problems, friendly staff. Only problem was they didn't answer the phone a couple of times and drop off directions were a bit wrong.

Prompt and courteous at drop-off. Small delay when returning car late at night, but only 10 minutes. Still far better than waiting for a transfer bus to a distant car park. I'll always use Meet & Greet.

very pleased with the service they were there waiting 4 me on arrival and arrived within 20 mins of calling them after baggage reclaim i would def use the company next time i travel
