completely happy with the service would be nice if all airport parking came down in price still cheaper than a taxi and more convenient than a coach or train

Only a bit of a delay on dropping off had to keep driving round LGW as moved on by traffic warden but other than that very good service. On arrival back to LGW car was waiting for us

this holiday was the first one that we have had a child on and were dreading the idea of the normal bus rides from the car park to the airport with cases a pushchair and a baby this was a fantastic option they were there waiting for us on arrival and we called as soon as we got are bags and they were then coming round the corner as we got to our meeting place can not praise them enough will be using them agin

This is my fourth time using RS09, we have two young children and the meet and greet is so much easier as opposed to parking in a designated space 5 miles away from the airport and then waiting on a coach to take you to the airport. I wish we had discovered RS09 sooner as they makes the whole experience of traveling that more enjoyable.

Good service except phone line was busy so could not arrange prompt pickup

Well all to plan, driver was waiting for us on arrival and when we got back car was waiting. So much nicer and easier than using a shuttle bus.

I think that the RSO9 service represented very good value for money as long term parking would have been comparable cost. The drivers were polite and helpful and it took a lot of hassle out of the trip by not having to wait for buses etc. and queue. I have already passed on the name to friends.

With 3 young kids in tow we decided to try a meet and greet service as parking off site just adds stress to the journey. Car was picked up and delivered back within 5min of arriving at airport. Will definitely use again!

Was on time when we arrived and was easy to phone and get car back when we returned

I can't fault the service at all. They were waiting to collect the car when we arrived at the terminal & it was returned within minutes of us arriving at the collection point. Amazing value for money in comparison to the other companies providing similar services.

We found it really easy we drove to Gatwick someone there to meet us . They take your car and we go and check in.When we arrived back the car is there waiting they give us our keys and check the car with us. Then we drive home. No waiting for a bus to take us back to car park so saves you a good hour we really found the experience the best. So now we will use this service all the time.

We were coming down from London and were told to call the mobile number when we reached the M23, so that they could be ready to collect the car when we reached Gatwick about 20 minutes later. Having reached the M23 we tried calling over and over again. The number was either busy, not answered, or the call did not connect at all - very frustrating. By the time we eventually got through we were about 5 minutes away from Gatwick. Even after we arrived we had to wait over half an hour for them to collect the car. In the meantime, we had taken it in turns to go the Easyjet bag drop to check in our bags as we were concerned that we would not have enough time once the car had been collected. Our experience on picking up the car when we got back from holiday was quite the opposite. We called them when we reached baggage collection and only had to wait outside for 5 minutes before they dropped off the car. However, I found the whole process on the way out too stressful to ever consider using them again. I can't believe that an operation such as this has only one mobile number to call...

Overall good service but a little slow/had to wait a bit arriving back from holiday

Good value and did the job, 5 minute wait each end, not a very professional check in and out, didn't answer the phone (but got back to us), Bird droppings on car. Would use again.
