The written instructions on where to drop the car weren't too clear (Gatwick) but were clarified when we called in. It's a little awkward as it's just a pull-in rather than a car park space but no problem really. Had to wait just 10 mins or so for driver, quick check then driver took the car. On return, we had another short wait of about 5 - 10 mins for car. Allowed to check car once again (for damage) then we were off home. So easy and quick compared to parking car in long term car park and waiting for buses etc. Would recommend this service to anyone. I will never use self-park anymore as it's the same cost as Meet and Greet and this is just so much calmer and you don't have to allow extra time for bus links.

these guys are on the ball and no wonder that they have the most positive reviews. I have used them twice now and it appears that they seem to have got better from an already acceptable service. Its always worrying leaving your "expensive" car with a complete stranger however, not with these people. professional, on the ball, and do what they say on the tin. Outbound - we were a little early, not a problem arrived and waited no more than 3 minutes. Inbound - busy time of the day, and only 5 minute wait. thanks guys, always nice to finish off a good holiday with a swift and proffessional service. well done and keep it up, highly recommended.

We called the company ten minutes before arrival airport and as promised our driver was there waiting to pick up the car, When we arrived back from our holiday once again after calling the company our car was waiting for us an excellent service great value for money the drivers are all very friendly will not hesitate to use this company again next year.

we were very impressed with the service provided. my mobile was not working properly so i could not speak to the office your man managed to find us at airport to take our car. very impressed. thank you. we will use you again

Having only booked 12 hours in advance I was very impressed that the service operated so smoothly and efficiently. Drivers were helpful and pleasant. Phones were answered quickly and the car was delivered within 5 minutes of my arrival at the pick up point. Will definitely use them again.

I did say I was concerned when I left the car about it being left on the roads but was assured it would not be, he did point out that my car was an old one with a couple of scatches so not to worry. On my return I asked where it had been and I was told parked next to a Bentley, coldnt ask for better service

i have used this service three times now and hope to continue doing so in the future,as a pensioner they assisted me with my luggage,and one time i got lost entering the turminal no problem they found me and guided me in what more can i say great service..mr s coward

The service was well worth the money, car was fine. Made the whole 'airport' experience much better! They happily came early to return the car when our flight was ahead of schedule. Only downside was the directions on the print out information of where to meet them; It made no sense! However when I spoke to a member of staff they were clear in directing me to the correct place.

Had e-mailed, and received confirmation of a change to the flight times from my original booking. When I rang, as instructed i.e. 20 mins from airport, they had no note of the amemded time, but said all would be OK. After arriving at Gatwick and waiting I rang again, it was obvious from the conversation that my original call was not understood and they thought we were stuck in traffic. But all was sorted in the end. On my return I rang at 23:37 and we were on our way by midnight.. So overall no real problems...

I have used the service before and do not remember it being as poor as it was this time. Arriving at Gatwick North at 05:45 we had to wait fior the car to be collected after having telephoned the office sometime beforehand whilst on the motorway, however this was not half as bad as on the return journey. I telephoned having collected the luggage and was told that the car would be at the arranged pick up point witihin 20 minutes. However after several attempts to call the office without response I finally got through and was told the car was on its way, in total I think we had to wait almost 50 mins to collect the car which was unacceptable , even allowing for Friday traffic. Although the car was in decent condition I am now unsure of this company, whether it can provide a good, decent and reliable service which is what one pays for.

Personable and understanding on the telephone, I was late for my flight but they were there to greet me as I arrived at The Terminal. They were also prepared to bring my car back immediately if I missed my flight. It was a very easy booking format for me to follow. I was most impressed by the service and will certainly be using them again if I am flying.

Even when we arrived early RS09 were fully prepared to accommodate us, and were extremely punctual and friendly. Car was just as I left it, only an extra 20 miles which is the round trip to their car park! Couldn't have asked for more! Thanks a lot!

RS09 offer a great value service and I'd rate it very highly compared to other airport parking options. We arrived at the terminal and by the time we'd unloaded our luggage from the boot, the RS09 representative was there to take our car. On return, the representative took ten minutes to arrive from the time of our call again. The reps were very polite and I really recommend this service. We'll definitely use them again, great value!

Shoddy, despite following all instructions we were left waiting at Gatwick for over 1/2 hour for our car to be collected. Met by a very scruffy guy - no uniform to identify him, as promised in the instructions; no ID so felt very uncomfortable leaving car. We were not given the correct paperwork to use as ID when we returned, so this delayed the handing over of the car, but then the driver handed it over anyway - very dubious security!Similarly had to wait over 20 mins for the car to be returned on our return journey. No point in booking this service if they cannot be punctual.
