we wre late arriving due to bad crash on M25 ( at 4.45 am ) and no problems on collection

This is the fourth time we have used RS09 and once again, the service was excellent. A short wait when we dropped the car off, but with the traffic around it wasn't too surprising. The car was waiting for us when we left arrivals, which was handy as it was rather cool when we landed. Would happily use RS09 again.

I had never used any of these meet and greet services before and found RS09 a great experience, thank you.

Efficient and painless, saved a lot of time messing about in car parks.

We have used RS09 several times now. We were met at the Airport within a few minutes of the agreed time. We were with friends in another vehicle, and, who we recommended RS09 to, but unfortunately, I rang to say we had arrived back at Gatwick and they were picked up first. We had to wait in the rain and it was cold. The service was excellent though and I would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Even though we were an hour early a driver was sent out to us. Prompt, polite, happy & helpful on departure & return. Will use again for sure. Thank u for making our journey so easy - we even had an email the day before reminding us of the number to call. Excellent service.

Tiny wait for collection and delivery at the terminal - about 3 minutes.

Very good value service, they were there when I arrived and turned up within a couple of minutes on the return. I will definitely use them again

On time and efficient.Slighly thrown by change of venue on arrival as different from email instructions.

I have used RS09 on numerous occasions and have always found them courteous. The only issue I have is that it takes longer than the 20 minutes to return the car. After a long journey it may not sound a lot but it would be great if the car was delivered back sooner. Other than this the driver is always at the collection point before we arrive at the airport to leave for our holiday. Will definitely use again due to value for money.

The only slight criticism was that on four occasions it took several tries to get through on the mobile number provided - often busy or unobtainable.

So easy, straight forward and hassle free - worth every penny!(And cheaper then all the others!)

.I waited for less than 5 minutes for both the drop off and pick up drivers - very impressed.

I think the idea of being picked up and dropped so close to the airport is a great, No running around looking for a bus or dragging your bags for miles. 10/10

No problems, staff were very presentable and well spoken. Had the car valeted which was great, Will definitely use again,

man was there when we arrived at the airport , polite ,the car arrived within minutes on our return , exactly as we had hoped . you cannot ask for more .

Drop off instructions were not in accordance with paperwork. Probably simpler but could have been a problem if unfamiliar with Gatwick. Pick up anxious for a few minutes as mobile number provided produced a "not available, try later" response; followed 5 mins later by a return call apologising for missed call. RS09 website states parking site 4 mls from airport; vehicle recorded 30 mls. Staff were very pleasant and apart from communications worries the service, particularly for a 1am arrival, worked well.

We booked RS09 Meet and Greet parking at Gatwick as SimplyGo offered a cheaper price than standard parking and had good reviews of RS09. True to their word, we were greeted on arrival at the terminal, after having phoned 20 minutes prior to arrival. Our car was checked over, mileage noted and driven away. Upon our return again the driver was waiting for us and keys handed over efficiently. I would highly recommend this service and would definitely never book standard parking again as it is so convenient to drive away once you've landed.

I had read some bad reviews that had made me a little nervous but as the good outweighed the bad I booked anyway. I have to say the negative posts are either saboteurs or very unlucky customers. We arrived over an hour and 30 mins after I said we would to drop the car off because I had imput the wrong time, we were warned that the wait could be up to and hour as we had missed our slot. In fact they managed to get to us straight away and the car was collected without delay. The man was polite and very thorough in checking my car over for damage and marking down the milage. Upon returning to the airport I realised I had again given them the wrong information and we had landed at a different terminal. Again, no problem, the car was waiting for us as soon as we stepped out of the building. All in all we are very happy and will book again.
