Drop off ok. Bit too slow to return car. Instructions where to find car were a bit unclear - we waited on the wrong level. When we found where we should have been waiting we still had time to kill.

There was a problem with their phone and I could not get through to them. They only had one phone number so I had no option but to wait until the problem was fixed. The car was delivered over an hour late.

Really happy with RS09 - an efficient and courteous service, picked up on time, and delivered back quickly. A great price too - cheaper than parking at a car park nearby and getting the bus! Recommended - will use again.

We arrived 1.5 hours early than booked we called to let them know and was told "no problem we will be there asap". Driver arrived within 10 minutes , very effiecent and professional,picking up the car on return was the same , a great service we will use again

It was the first time we had used this sevice. Unfortunately, the mobile contact number was down and so we had a panicky 1/2hr on arrival at Gatwick. However once we got through, pick up took 15 mins. very apologetic and helpful driver. On return (at 11.00p.p.m) the car was waiting for us and again the driver was very courteous. From plane to home in what seemed like minutes -seamless! We will definitely be using this company for any future trips. Excellent.

the driver was waiting for us at the airport, who explained to us the paperwork and took the keys. on way back we waited for around 5 minutes to get the car. good service

Using RS09 Meet and Greet for the first time, we were naturally looking out to see if it was value for money. Indeed, it was and in every way - polite and friendly staff, efficient operation and so convenient. In addition, it cost little more than standard parking. We will not go back to the parking and bus-ing option but use RS09 in future.

Especially useful as we arrived back after midnight and were then straight out of the airport and on our way home without any further delays. will definitely use again

Have used a number of times, no issues, good value and takes the stress out of finding car parking spaces.

we were late due to various hold ups on route, driver liaised with us and was there to quickly take the car so we could rush for the flight. was waiting with car outside when we returned. What can i say ' it did exactly what it was supposed to do' would definatley recommend and use again.

Drop off was fine We returned following all instructions and waited and waited and waited with 3 kids at 2am in 10degrees not funny we called them to see where they were only to be told they'd been stopped by the police and were delayed !!! An hour later they showed up no word of an apology and noone had kept us informed

Turned up at the airport the man was waiting for us, easy process. On return (1.30am) made the call and waited approx 2 mins for the car to arrive. Great service and excellent value, we booked the day before for 7 days and it was quite a bit cheaper than the park it yourself option, £55 compared with £78. Overall cheaper, easier and I will definatly use again

Drop off was brilliant, really easy. Pick up I had to wait 20 mins while my car was also waiting 20 yards to my right where I wasn't expecting to need to look for it. So you need to look down the line when it gets crowded.

on arrival of our car we discovered 2 scratches to the rear bumper. we contacted RS09 by phone within minutes of seeing this as the man delivering the car just disappeared. we was told to take photos and email them. we done this the next day and have chased them 3 times since but still have no response. very dissatisfied.

Good service but sometimes hard to get through on the phone on dropping off and returning.

had to wait about 10 minutes for collection at departure. return was on time

overall the service was good.but my car was returned to me very muddy.in particular along the offside.was it left in a field?.

We were delayed because of an accident on M25 - rang to say we would be delayed from our original time - no problems, rang when past accident and staff their to meet us.

As I had used RS09 before with no problems, I was pleased that the service this time was as good. I would recommend RS09 to anyone from the experiences I have enjoyed.

Have used this company twice in the last month (Sept 2011). Had problems in contacting them to advise of arrival to the extent that I had arrived at the drop-off point by the time I was able to get through on the phone. Similarly, on return felt that the wait was excessive. I am tempted to try another company next time.
