Had to wait a short while for collection,but would use this company again

Very unnerving not being able to get hold of the driver on the mobile number provided, especially when trying to catch an early morning flight. Phone was unavailable and it took several calls to get hold of the driver. Once we were met at the airport, they were very nice and polite, but I would not use this service again because of the unreliability of contacting the driver at drop off and pick up.

I have used several meet and greet services over the years and I can honestly say that Go Simply provided the best service by far.

We waited an hour for the return of our car, after repeated calls to chase up and when we complained to the driver he informed us he was only given the keys 10 minutes ago before disappearing!

Arrived & were met after a few minutes at Gatwick North. Driver took details & inspected car. Was polite and well presented. Return flight arrived early to Gatwick South,informed RS09 who met us there about 45 mins before schedule. Polite,efficient, and lovely to get into a warm,defrosted car on a freezing night. Thank you.

Wonderful service with car being collected & delivered within maybe 10mins of making the call. Really friendly meeter/greeter. Ultimately, made the part that can be the last bout of stress, completely stress free. Amazing price too

Nothing special about the service, but I don't need it to be. All I want is for them to be there when I expect at both ends, which they were. The driver also helpfully remined me that I was low on petrol when he returned the car to me. I knew this, but it was thoughtful for him to mention it.

Collection went very smoothly and could not be happier with the service. However, on arrival back as Gatwick, the telephone call operator told us the car would be a maximum of 10 minutes to arrive, and to ring back only when we had cleared customs. However, we did this, and the car was at least 25 minutes later! Not happy to be standing in the freezing cold outside for this long. However, due to the price and general service, I would still use again if it was the cheapest!

First experience with RS09 - which turned out to be a very good choice. Family with two small children headed out on an early morning flight from Gatwick. Pleasantly surprised to see the attendant waiting for us promptly at 06.15 with a smile as requested. Upon return a week later I called the company after having picked up our suitcases as instructed. With 2 small children in tow it took us 14 minutes to reach the pickup point from the time I made the call. Much to my surprise our car was already parked at the pickup point when we got there. Keys were handed over by a young woman with a smile. All in all a fantastic experience - will definitely use again!!!

On time to pick up the car on arrival. Had to wait 15-20 minutes on return - but our flight was an hour early to land.

Staff were there on time to meet us on our arrival back, all in all, we were quite impressed with the efficiency of the service. Thank you we will surely reccommend you and use your service again

Our return flight was diverted from north Terminal to South Terminal and pilot/airline failed to advise us. Not knowing Gatwick that well (like most people who visit maybe 2/3 times a year) I was disappointed in the phone directions given upon our arrival by the Meet & Greet driver and we were left standing in the cold in the wrong place. The driver seemed to think it was my fault but I feel he should have known where we would emerge and that the lift we would get in would not take us to the level where he was.

This is the 4th or 5th time we've used them, and they've been very reliable -- and it's not their fault that you have to stand out in the cold, it's just the way valet meet-and-greet is arranged at Gatwick at the moment!

Excellent service, punctual, helpful staff, great value for money will certainly use this service again.

The meeter was there as arranged and the greeter arrived just before we did .Car was fine and the location of meeting was great .Will definately use again.

I would definitely use this service again. It was the best value for money of the meet and greet type parking and only pennies more than the cheapest of the park and ride type parking, so the decision to use RS09 was a no brainer. To be able to drive right to the terminal, hop out, hand over the car to your valet and then walk straight in to departures was an eye opener for us. I highly recommend this service. It did 'exactly what it said on the tin'.

I was very pleased to have this service at the price. Unfortunatetly, although ringing at the times requested,we had to wait approx 15 mins on departure and arrival. Will use the service again.

Second time we've used them and on both occasions the process has been perfect.

We have used RS09 at least 3 times now and find them to be very competitively priced, provide good customer service and although we had to wait 40 mins to have the car returned (it was my fault for giving them the wrong time of our arrival back at Gatwick), they are always prompt. Will continue to use them without hesitation
