Very friendly and helpful, on time and a great price, will definately use again.

I would definitely use again, the driver was there to meet us when we arrived at the airport, and we're waiting in the same place when we came out with our bags. No problems at all.

Very convenient way of parking your car at the airport as it saves getting the airport bus to and from the car park and obviously saves time when you arrive as you simply get out of your car at the drop off point and hand it over to the driver.

Was a bit worried initially when booking. Not sure if they would be on time of if they would be there at all. Fear not. They where there at the time i requested and very polite to. On my return i called them as i pick up my luggage and i we walked out to the agreed pick up point my car was being driven to me. Could not of timed it better. Excellent service that i would reccomend. Will most certainly use their services again.

Driver was at the terminal entrance when we arrived and the hgandover took 2 minuites. On our return, the car arrived at the terminal about 5 minuites after we got there and we were off. Great value and far better than waiting for coaches and on and off them to get to car parks. Will use again.

Used valet parking for the first time - it was much easier than worrying about Park and ride. I was surprised that it cost a bit less too. It was snowing outside, so it was nice to get in to a car that was already nice and warm. The people were friendly and efficient - my car was returned as I'd left it.

The woman who picked the car up on the way out was very friendly and helpful, and also kindly offered to top up a flattish tyre after we'd left, which we could see she'd done on our return. Also punctual on the return leg, and it was way cheaper (at least this time round...!) than all the other valet companies and most of the normal parking options. Happy to use again.

First time I used meet and greet parking and I won't do anything else again. Makes like a lot easier!

Third time we have used the meet and greet service and wouldn't go back to parking anymore - stress free and great to have a warm car to get into - couldn't fault them

Used RS09 for parking to holiday with a group of friends. They all parked in Gatwick long stay and paid more than I paid for a meet and greet! So nice not having to rely on bus to take back and forth to airport. I didn't experience any delay in having my car collected or returned. I would definitely recommend this service and will be using it again.

The driver was waiting for us when we arrived at Gatwick and when I rang on our return to say our flight was early, they already knew. I rang again once we had got our bags and as we arrived at the meeting point, our car drew up. Effortless! Will use again, prices permitting.

We heard of this company via Which? Drivers both on departure and arrival were prompt and efficient. Very good value for money.

Car return to Gatwick took 35 minutes - RS09 staff argued that it was only 15 minutes but my call to the dispatcher was clearly logged on my mobile phone so there can be no dispute. The dispatcher was rude and argumentative which didn't help!! Also the car was returned dirty - lots of mud on the wheels so the car must have been driven through heavy mud - I don't expect to have to pay to have the car cleaned because of a Meet & Greet parking. I have booked several Meet & Greets from Gosimply but this RS09 was the worst to date.

arrived at airport at 5.30am and someone was there to meet us, quick inspection of the car and we were on Our way. Telephoned on arrival once we had collected our luggage and by time we got to the meeting point our car was already there waiting for us. Excellent, 1st class service. Will definitely use again.

Explanation of where to park car was from person from the company was easy to understand. Person that collected/dropped off car was punctual, extremely helpful and very friendly. Would definately recommend.

Will definitly use the service again, could not fault it, highly recommended. Staff very pleasant and helpful. We had only a few miutes waiting when depositing and collecting.
