When you get back from holiday on a dismal, wet English evening the last thing you want is to spend the best part of an hour going to fetch the car with luggage and kids in tow. The 'meet and greet' service is just the ticket and is excellent value for money. Drivers were friendly, punctual and reliable. Can't recommend them enough.

A very efficient service overall. We arrived at the airport an hour early than our expected arival time when dropping off the car. After telephoning Maple Manor, we only had to wait around 20 minutes for them to collect the car. When arriving back to the airport we only waited 10 minutes for the car to arrive. Would use again.

We found the experience very good. The staff were helpful and polite. The security proceedures when collecting and delivering the car were very thorough and ensured that the cars were not just handed over without correct identification. Thank you!

The whole experience was excellent, after using a variety of other services in previous holidays, this was by far the best. We were early arriving at the airport and several hours late returnig after a delayed flight, on both occasions the driver was ready to meet us within a minute or 2 which really alleviated any stress that we might have had about airports. I would 100% use the service again.

First impressions were not good. We called the mobile number as per the instructions and got a ticking off from the guy at the end of the phone for being late!! Could not park opposite the rental offices as it was so busy. Had to call the rude man again as we had been waiting so long, he said "driver on his way". Where from Mars!! On the upside the car arrived quickly and smoothly when we returned.

I was very impressed with the service offered by Maple Manor Parking. I originally choose the service for our trip in August 2006 as we were travelling with children and thought it would be much easier than parking off site and catching a bus to the terminal. I was so right! Also after researching prices it actually was very competitive! When we arrived we were a little early but that didn't seem to cause any concern. I was a little worried at first leaving my car with a stranger but was soon put at ease. The driver had all the relevant paperwork and ID. On returning from our holiday it was an absolute pleasure collecting the car from outside of arrivals. The car was waiting for us. The Customer Service on our return was excellent. I will definately recommend this service to my friends and will be using it on my next holiday.

As instructed we phoned as we turned onto the M23. As we drove to the appointed spot outside Arrivals, the Maple Manor van drew up alongside. We took out our luggage, the car was inspected for any damage, paperwork was exchanged and the car was driven away in a matter of minutes. Returning was equally as efficient, even though we arrived after midnight.

Arrived slightly early on way down but the rep was there waiting. Jumped out of car unloaded luggage and away....great. While on holiday read article in 'Daily Mail" on cowboy "meet & greet" companies. When we arrived back the guy turned up within a few minutes and their were only a few miles on the clock. No idea where it was parked while we were away but we have never had less hassle with parking and unloading. Will definitely use again!

after calling 10 mins before we arrived at lgw it took them 50 mins to come and pick up the car. we called several times to see what was happening and couldn't get through and they did not call us once to advise us what was happening - Not a great start to our holiday!! On the return we then had to wait 15mins for our car to arrive - again after giving them plenty of notice - once the car arrived it looked as though they had taken it off roading - it was filthy and also a considerable amount of petrol had gone from the tank. Not an experience worth trying.

Superb service! When we phoned approaching Heathrow Airport, Paul (the driver) gave us an alternate route to avoid traffic problems on the approach. Coming back we got off the plane, picked up the baggage, out the door, straight into the car & on our way home. I highly recommend Simply Parking. Thanks.

Felt doubtful when booking car parking, didnt know really, whether to trust the person driving my car away!!. However, they met us on time, were very curteous, upon arrival we called as requested, and they met us within 10 minutes! Lovely to not have to worry about getting coaches sometimes it takes ages to get back to your car. That is just the thing you dont need when you return from your holiday. I would definately recommend it to anyone and would definately use it again. Many thanks Maple

Price seemed good, but poor service meant there was little (if any) added value. As instructed, started trying to call the contact number when we reached the M23, but it was always busy. We were at the drop-off point before we got through. Although we were on-time (to the minute), we still had to wait 25 minutes for someone to collect the car. Return was much worse. Called after we picked up bags, as instructed (again on schedule to the minute), and were advised of a 20 minute wait. Actual wait was 35 minutes - no apology or explanation. Both departure and arrival were mid-morning from Gatwick North. Also there is very little cover or seating in the drop-off/pickup area, and traffic racing through on either side of the island - not too safe with young children. Overall, can't recommend and wouldn't bother again. NCP valet parking costs more but is 100% efficient (dedicated drop-off/pick-up zone next to terminal, with no waiting time); short-term parking deals are quite good, too; drop off your family and bags, loop round and park car, and 5 minutes walk to meet up with family - takes much less time than this palaver did.

When I searched for options less than a week before departure date the price was easily a third less than the competitors and they collected and delivered the car! All the instructions were clear and the handover went without any hitches.

This appeared the cheapest and certainly the easiest option for getting to and from Gatwick airport.

We were late on arrival to Gatwick airport due to traffic, and still had a hassle free collection of our car. On the return journey, we phoned Maple Manor and our car was returned within 10 minutes maximum. Fantastic value for money.

This was the second time we have used this service but probably will try someone else next time. The initial drop off has always been good and it is a great way to start the holiday in a relatively hassle free manner. Unfortunatley we have always had to wait too long to have our car returned after the holiday. Being told the driver hasn't even left, 20mins after your original phone call is just not good enough. Standing arround in the cold waiting for 40mins to get you car back is not the best end to a holiday.

I will always use Maple Manor Parking in the future. I have used just about every meet and greet firm and they are by far the best in terms of cost, professionalism, courtesy of staff. Excellent all round.

Prompt and friendly service, I left my phone in the car, I called them and they brought it back within 30 mins. Would definitely use again.

I have used the meet and greet service before and have found it invaluable. The whole procedure of travelling abroad with children can be harrowing enough without having to think about where you park your car or having to get a bus from outside the airport with all your knowledge. I would not travel without it.
