Very easy and convenient. Phoned the number at 2am as we got to the M23. The driver was waiting for us kerbside and took the car with a minimum of fuss and paperwork. Coming back, we phoned, as requested, after clearing customs, but the wait was longer than I might have hoped. Still, on balance, so much easier and more convenient that a bus back and forth to an off airport car park.

Convenient and good value. Only gripe was that we had to wait 15 mins on departure after agreed time but pick up on return was very prompt. Will use Maple Manor again for parking at Gatwick.

This was our first experience of airport parking for several years, so we were just a tad apprehensive. We left our car with a cheerful Maple Manor driver just before 6am. He took a few mins to check for any scratches or damage, and we then took our luggage straight to the check-in desk. On our return at around 7.15pm we called their mobile number as soon as we had walked through Customs, and our car was delivered back within 10 mins or so. The driver even helped us to load our luggage back into the car, before waving us a cheery goodbye. Prompt, efficient and cheerful - we would certainly book with Maple Manor again.

I would definitely use Maple Manor Parking in the future. Customer service was helpful as was the 'greeter' at 4.45am! When returning from holiday, I called and the car was there within 10 minutes of clearing customs. Well done!

For a family with small children, the ease of dropping off the car, no car park buses to wait for, no lugging lots of luggage around - this was fantastic.

Staff waiting to collect car on arrival and car waiting for us on our return, couldn't ask for anymore and excellent value for money. On return we saved about 30 minutes on our friends who had use the park and ride parking.

Decent car parking facility, the staff were there within 20 mins each way. Did have a bit of a problem with the guy's attitude when we arrived back, but all round had no major problems...

Waited over 1 hour after initial call for car to be delivered. For 40 minutes we kept being told the car was on its way and would be with us in 5 minutes. No apology or explanation for lateness given. A poor service. I will not use this company again.

We were shown on the map easily where to drop the car, man was waiting; he helped us unload the car, straight into the checkin. On return we waited 2-3 minutes for the man to bring the car back, he parked right next to us, we loaded and left. So easy!

I will use Maple Manor for parking again. It saved lots of hassle trying to find the car park, the man on the phone on our return was a little 'terse' as i rang up prior to customs, instead of after, and after an 8 hour flight, i didn't appreciate it, but took it as a slap on the wrists! Good service, and saves so much trudging around with your cases and kids etc!

It was by far the most convenient way to arrange travel and parking, especially when travelling with two children. It removed a lot of potential stress from the journey.

Have used Meet & Greet services from London Airports before. All offer similar packages but none of them match Maple Manor Parking. Thank you. Will strongly recommend & definitely use you again.

The ease of using your car when going on holiday is worth the money. Our car was returned in the same condition as we left it. We would have been happier if the driver had some official ID as anyone could say that they're from Maple Manor. We did check his paperwork which surprised him somewhat. He said no one had ever asked him for identification before.
