I used MMP before using their shuttle so I knew that their compound existed and my car was not going to be parked in a country lane! Service was fantastic, got my dates wrong and they organised to take my car last minute at pre-set rates...fantastic service! Didnt have to wait when I got there and no waiting when I got back! Cannot fault them at all. Price was great too....

I have used another valet parking before but I think it was a bit more expensive. Maple Manor are very professional and good value. We were delayed between getting on the M23 and getting to the airport due to the sheer weight of traffic, and had to wait a little while before someone could take our car off us, but I suppose it was inevitable given how busy the place was, and it was certainly miles better than coming in by coach from 5 miles away! Coming back was no problem at all as it was quiet anyway. Overall a great service!

The service was excellent - however we did travel on a Sunday at very quiet times - so there were no traffic problems. The only thing that could have been improved on was the return of the car - we had to wait for 10 - 15 minutes - but this is no worse than other valet parking services that we have used in the past - and it was half the price. We will definitely use Maple Manor Parking again.

Good service with very polite & helfull staff. As there is no waiting at the airport & serveral police officers, multiple circuits of the ringroad were necessary before there was someone to collect the car. But it's a much better option than getting on a bus and ending up in a car park miles away.Worth the extra money in my opinion

This was our first time using Maple Manor and I would definitly recommend them and will use them again. We had to wait approx five minutes when we got there for the driver to arrive. But when we returned he was waiting there for us and the car was all warm, defrosted and ready to go. Much better than waiting for a Courtesy bus and having to scrape the windscreen yourself! Full marks

An A1 service was provided. Staff was at the airport ready when when we arrived and our car was returned within 5 mins of us phoning them (as we had signal problems in the airport itself with our phone)We will be using this company again the next time we go off

Driver was waiting for us when dropping off car - both drivers and office staff friendly and efficient -slight delay when collecting car but we had had to change return flight time and terminal from original booking. Have used before and would use again.

Although the instructions on the booking reference were clear, and I think I read instruction quite well; In the bustle of the Airport I still could not find the Maple Rep easily when we arrived by car at the airport. A simple phone call sorted it out very well. Perhaps some clear signage for Maple parking or brighter clothing for Maple staff (Orange Maple Leaf Sweatshirts etc) would help. Otherwise very smooth and efficient. Much better than self parking.

The only slight problem was that on our outbound journey, we got to the airport over an hour earlier than we said we would as we were coming from a long way away and when we tried to call to fine tune our arrival no one answered any number. We only got an answer within 30 mins of our expected arrival time, and so has to wait for someone to come and collect the car.

I found this service to be fantastic, is was really easy to book on the internet. I was travelling my 2 young children which is why I decided to use this service as it made life a lot easier not having to hop on and off buses with our luggage. I contacted Maple Manor when I was on my way to Gatwick, when I arrived the driver was waiting for me.On my return again I contacted Maple Manor when I had got my luggage and cleared customs and the driver arrived with my car within 10 minutes. I fould this service to be very efficient and would certainly recommend them. The only suggestion I would make is that it would have been nice if they had cleaned the car for when we got back from our holiday.

This time of using they were very late collecting car and did not seem to know I was returning when I rang on return from holiday! I have used them in the past at South terminal and they have always been fantastic. It is not so easy to wait at the North terminal without being moved on by the police and you end up driving round and round

an admin error on their part resulted in us waiting for one hour for our car in the early hours of the morning with two young toddlers ..... even without that mistake when we have used meet and greet before it has been precisely that. on our outward journey we waited for around 15/20 minutes for the driver to show up. not my idea of meet and greet. i have asked for my money back.

Excellent service, Driver was very polite and was there waiting for us. Collected car and we were on holiday. Just as efficient on the return journey. Will definatly use again. Just thinking about what could be done to improve on the fantastic service already and that would may be at an extra cost offer a valeting service for when you return, so you collect a clean car. Now that would be great!

Excellent service I have already recommending this service to my work colleagues. We have always used long stay car parking in the past. Maple Manor was far better value for money and made life a lot easier. Thoroughly recommend this service to put a good start and finish to your holiday

I have used a Meet and Greet service twice - my first experience was great - no delays , no problems at either end of the journey, my second experience was still better than using off site parking, but it was not as slick - but I would recommend this service to others.

It is a really quick and easy way of having door to door travel from home to airport. It is cheaper than a taxi, more flexible than public transport, and very simple to book and use. From the first time we used this system, we will genuinely never go back to the days of airport parking and buses again. Strongly recommend it to other travellers, especially if you have children or lots of luggage, or if, like us, you don't wait to have to wait around for buses!

having phoned from m25/m23 interchange to pre warn or 'fine tune arrival' we still had to wait for driver at 3.30am.on return again had to wait over 20 mins at pick up point.Kept entertained by counting the buses we could have got on to long term parking.

First time users and a little sceptical after all the press lately about airport parking services however we were pleasantly surprised. Upon drop off and collection our driver was ready. A very quick and reliable service with no hassle - would use again and are recommending to friends

Started phoning link mobile number - switched off. Rang 6/7 times before meeting time - switched off. Not met at airport. Went around meeting point 3 times. Other car companys had not see the Maple rep. Do not use this company. Waiting for our money back. Nearly missed our flight. Very stressful.

Very quick and efficient, we flew out early and came back late so the time saved by meet and greet was very useful. I took my old banger rather than our decent car so I had peace of mind with regard to knocks and scrapes etc. Would definately use tham again.
