Maple Manor Parking reviews

Took an age to answer the telephone and were late collecting the vehicle on the outbound trip. On the inbound collection even though they had our arrival time we had been told to expect a 30 minute delay. It turned out to be 30minutes as stated. Looks like too many bookings and not enough cover to me.

Really annoyed. Took over 15 mins to get through to someone for me arrange my car to be returned. Not sure it's quite meet and greet after delayed flight and tired kids. Driver who returned car was very pleasent.

We were met on time at the planned drop off point, driver was well presented and polite. On our returned we called the office when our bags came through baggage reclaim. Only had a few minutes to wait at the car return point , again as at drop off the driver was well presented and polite. All in all a good experience which I don't think leaving little room for improvement. This is not the first time we have used Maple Manor Parking Valet Parking and will not be the last.

Have tried many meet and greet companies at Gatwick but Maple Manor in my opinion the best by far, will use gain shortly.

Most helpful with directions when we were near the airport ,staff wore punctual and very polite, very pleased with the experience from booking to collecting our car on returning home from our holidays

All very good service apart from wrong directions on download ! You can't get to upper level now . Go to end of lower level

Ok service. Could be a little more prompt returning car as my elderly mother was left out in the cold too long- but overall the service is ok

Staff already waiting for us when we arrived at the airport and were only minutes reaching us our return from holiday. Good service but we think a little pricey as they all are
