Followed Maple Manor Parking's instructions to call once off M23, but I still had to wait over 30 minutes for their driver. He was great and very apologetic, but explained delay due to 'shift changeover'.

Due to the time we flew back it was great to just ring and get car. Our flight was early, but they still arrived within 20 mins of me ringing them. Great service, would use again and have recommended already to friends.

I was met on arrival, did not have to wait. On my return, although the flight was early, the car was delivered shortly after the call to say that I had arrived earlier than predicted.

We booked well in advance, and cost for their valet service was cheaper than nearly all the other "park and ride" car parks. Man who met us was friendly and cheerful, and that was quite an achievement as it was 3am! Car was waiting for us as we came out of the airport on our return, no problems at all. Only thing to think about, if you book for collection between midnight and 6am I think, there is a £2.50 surcharge. No problem, it tells you when you book. But make sure you have the right money, as the guy had no change on him. Luckily I found enough in the ash tray. Would recommend them, in fact I already did and they got 2 more customers that book apart from me.

This was the first time that I have used the service. It was very good and just alleviated one of the many stressful things about going on holiday. Not having to worry about finding a car park space, would the car be safe, and the treks to and from the airport to get the car. You just drop it off and then it is there when you need it - great.

Agreed the meeting time (called 20 minutes before arriving), but driver was then 10 minutes late which is a little frustrating. Waited 5 minutes for collection, which is OK considering you can only call once you have cleared customs. Good value for money though.

Will never book a cab or get a lift from friends again. Maple Manor Parking collected our car at the airport at 3.30am...we flew away..and returned to pack our bags in the boot and drive away, making the perfect end to a holiday. Perfect service and great value for money! A+++++

The service was excellent. With a small child, there really is no other option. We didn't want to have to travel in a minibus with our son on our laps, and this was perfect. We will only use Maple Manor Parking from now on.

An excellent service taking all the hassle out of travelling with our 4 year and 4 month old daughters. Drop off and pick up right from the Airport trolleys. We will use Maple Manor Parking again.

Excellent service, only pitiful lady who answers phone is a bit abrupt and rude as we had arrived half hour earlier than expected due to the M25 being clear. Drivers were fast and friendly, and have already recommended Maple Manor Parking to friends and family - would use again.

A great service with no hassle at an excellent price - just what you need before departure and especially on your return, we'll be using them again for sure!

This worked out great for us. Dropping off the car we did have a slight hitch but that was my own error! On our return we were driving out of Gatwick within an hour of touch down. Would certainly use them again.

I found Maple Manor Parking a very good service and I have no complaints. A good point to remember however is that if you tell them an arrival time they will be there at the agreed time, but if you are going to be early as we were (we built in a potential motorway delay that didn't happen) they may not be able to accomodate you earlier unless they are quiet.

When travelling with a young family, the most important thing apart from safety is convenience and a hassle-free departure and arrival...Maple Manor Parking service provided this and I have already booked them in for my next holiday in July! No shuttle bus - drop off car and luggage goes straight on trolley to departure.

Excellent all round service - the car was picked up and set down swiftly, allowing us to be hassle-free. Would use again and recommend to others. Brilliant!

There were 3 of us in our car going skiing, so not only did we have suitcases but boots, skis etc. It was so stress free to be able to drive straight to the airport door and walk in. On return we called once we had cleared customs and by the time we arrived at the collection point, our car was there waiting. We have used meet and greet services before, but Maple provided a better service and greater value.

This was the first time I used the service. The car was picked up immediately on arrival and was there within two minutes on our return. Recommended Maple Manor Parking to a friend who had a similar experience; will use them again.

Very convenient and excellent value. Stop at departure point, unload suitcases and car is checked before being driven away. Coming back, phone when through customs, and car is there within 5 mins of getting to drop off point.
