Very good first experience although it seemed that we were waiting longer than the stated 15 mins on our return (maybe it was just that we were tired and cold on our return!). Staff very friendly and efficient. Also felt confident with the drivers.

One thing - they charge £2.50 extra for pickups late at night - early morning. Although £2.50 isn't much, we didn't have any change when we landed back at Gatwick - when we offered the Maple Manor representative a £10 note he did not have any change. Worth remembering....

Return process worked very well, very efficient. Outbound was poor, despite 4 phone calls, pick up was 25 mins late and forced by Traffic Police to drive round and round the terminal to avoid parking fine - not happy and not a good way to start a vacation.

Driver waiting to collect car on arrival at terminal and only 10 minute wait to collect car on return. Friendly staff and car returned in state it was collected. Very good value for money compared to large majority of on-airport and off-airport parking. Will definitely use again.

The drop off was excellent with good arrangements. The return was awful as they seemed vague about our registration when phoning on landing (0.10 am) and despite ringing from luggage reclaim, before actual collection,we had a 1 hr wait in the cold early morning and had to make two more phone calls before our driver turned up. I dont think we will use them again. Shame.

We flew out of Gatwick's South Terminal 2 days after the increased security became operational. We had used the service previously (also at Heathrow) so we knew the routine. We knew we were going to be late getting to the airport because of traffic on M4, M25 and M23, thankfully we had given ourselves an extra 2 hours. Couldn't get through to the mobile number on approach to the airport (tried for 20 minutes) the landline number was an answerphone. When we arrived at the airport we were directed to the bus lane and no amount of explaining would sway those police. I searched for some Maple Manor Parking staff who were all waiting outside the terminals (parallel to the bus lane but just out of sight) - it appreared that none of them had the sense to keep a eye on the other lanes. I spoke to several MMP employees who looked at me as though I was from another planet and said we were in the wrong lane! Eventually, our driver arrived (incredibly rude) snatched the keys and was gone. This must have taken us 45 minutes in all - so much for drop your car and run! The return was much more pleasant the drop off driver was great and the car was returned with 10 minutes. We know how difficutlt everything was that Saturday and Gatwick was in a fair amount of chaos however there should have been some better organisation, customers shouldn't have been expected to wait 45 minutes. Would I use them again - never say never but it's unlikely.

Arrived at Gatwick airport and pulled into place were told to and there was the man waiting to take the car. He was very cheerful and made the start of our holiday perfect. However on our return we had a wait of about 10-15 mins which was not the entire fault of the person returning the car as there was quite a bit of traffic but the man was not as cheerful as the first but then we were spoilt by the first i suppose. Having said all that i would use them again.

Car promptly picked up from me on departure. However on return on a Saturday late afternoon (plane on time) waited 34 minutes for drop off. Girl on other end of phone not interested in discussion or apology...just "we're busy" and put phone down before I could say not happy with service. Would have been quicker to catch bus to car park.

Your driver was waiting when we arrived ( when we got into the airport my husband had left his glasses in the car, we rang Manor Park you kindly sent his glasses on the bus) great service. arrived home only short wait and car was there, GREAT. many thanks Margaret Statham

Telephone staff need lessons in customer care; they were most abrupt and ill mannered. However, staff at collection and delivery were the exact opposite being polite, helpful and jovial. We were met upon arrival, despite ringing in to say that were were going to be early, and the return wait was, as promised, just less than 15 minutes. This prompt and efficient service was however marred by a small scratch which was sustained during their custody of the car. Good job that the car was neither new nor expensive!

We rang as requested from the M23, parked at the designated spot, and waited. And waited. 2 Further phone calls and the driver arrived to pick up the car 30 minutes after we had arrived.We had planned to check in early to do some shopping. However, full of holiday spirit we did not worry. On our return I rang from baggage reclaim and was told to call again after clearing customs. I did so at 2110. Arrived at the pick up point at 2116. My car arrived at 2146. This is not everybodys experience, but it was ours and in the end we were just laughing at the concept of 'meet and greet' We would rather get the shuttle than spend an hour of our lives in the arrivals tunnel at Gatwick. Next time I will go for conventional parking spend the rest of the money at the airport.

We were so impressed with the quality of their service that we made a note of their address and phone number for future reference. They were waiting for us at Gatwick, despite it being 4.00am and they were polite and efficient both at pick up and return. While there was no box to fill in the mileage of our car, they did just the mileage to and from their location - so they are definitely not one of those companies you do here stories about!

Car was very muddy when returned - apparently they must store cars in a field so, as it had rained heavily prior to our return, the field exit was extremely muddy. This was unexpected and did somewhat dampen what was otherwise an excellent experience. Having said that, I would have no qualms about using them again.

When the car was returned part of the key ring to the ignition key was missing and the driver was unable to clarify waht had happened to it. We were then asked to pay the £2.50 owed for the early morning pick which we have no problem with. However the driver returning the vehicle did not have any change so we ended paying £3. I would suggest your drivers carry change if the early drop charge is due (what would have happened if had only a £10 note?) and as part of the keyring was missing, maybe the £2.50 could have been waivered? The driver did state that if the key ring part was found it would be sent to us. I don't anticipate this happening.

We left the car with Manor Park during our month long holiday this summer. The driver was waiting for us as we arrived, and we simply handed it over and focused on dealing with four kids and lots of cases. Upone return we were met promptly and the car was in great shape. No hassle, one less thing to worry about, thoroughly recommended!

We found this very worthwhile as for only about £14 more then the cost of doing the park and buses thing our car was collected and dropped off with no real hassle involved. We were dreading trying to sort out a toddler and luggage and instead it was all very easy.

drop off was perfect but returning the car was a nightmare. It was 9pm and we had two children under 5 years who were very tired and just wanted to get into their cosy car seats but instead had to wait outside in the cold because the driver was at the wrong terminal. It has put me off..not sure whether we will give them a second chance.

Not only did they save the day by recommending a 24 hour petrol station off the M25 (the AA couldn't do this!) but the service they offered was fantastic. We were apprehensive about how long we may have to wait to be met on our arrival but this was about 1 minute. Perfect! Would definitely use and recommend again.

Excellent service; the drivers were friendly and courteous and punctual even at 0400hrs though it took a little longer than we expected to return the car at 1600hrs, but this would not prevent us from using Maple Manor again. Well worth the additional monies for convenient hassle free parking.

The representative was waiting when we arrived. We handed over keys, checked paperwork and off we went. On arrival back in UK we rang, came out of airport and car was ready and waiting. Excellent service, convenient and didn't break the bank! We'll definitely use them again.
