Absolutely excellent. After a long flight, to have the car brought to you is the only way! Maple Manor Meet and Greet is easy, reliable and excellent value for money.

This was an excellent service although there was a delay of approx 10 minutes before the driver arrived on our departure. We will definitely use Gatwick Maple Manor again.

Friendly service was very noticable. Super efficient as well. I'd definitely use Maple Manor again and it represents excellent value for money. For us with big luggage (Mountain Bikes), it's so much easier than trudging in on the bus.

We chose meet and greet, when booking I checked to ensure someone would be there to meet us on our departure and return. On both occasions we had to wait for someone. Don't understand "Meet" & "Greet"??

When car was delivered back to us we noticed that it was muddy, the radio station had also been changed. However, drove home, car was garaged and not used for two days. It was then hand washed and approximately two 18 inch scratches were discovered on the passenger side back door. These were not on the vehicle when left with Maple Manor Car parking driver. Disappointed.

Everything works very well, just remember to phone before arriving and from then on it is all simple. So much easier than having to drag cases on and off buses.

I wouldn't hesitate to use this firm again. We were extremely pleased with the level of service provided.

Driver was very prompt and polite. Not having to get bags on and off bus transport was a real bonus.

Friendly, helpful staff - even in the middle of the night! Much easier than lugging heavy suitcases on a bus with 3 children. Worth every penny.

Happy to recommend the service. Courteous, punctual and convenient. Being able to get into your own car at the airport is just what you need rather than the drudge of the transfer bus to some remote car park - especially after arriving at 1:00 am.

Maple Manor Parking offered very good service. The driver was there within minutes of us getting to Gatwick, but kept us waiting a little on the way back, maybe we got out quicker than expected. It was very convenient having your car taken and brought back, especially when you have small children and arrive late at night.

It was as quick and convenient as we had hoped for .. both members of staff were really pleasant, on time and made for a good start and end to the holiday!

Very good service, driver there to meet us on departure and car was with us within 5 minutes or so on arrival back at Gatwick. Very pleased with efficient service. Would recommend.

By having the car collected we were able to go straight to the check in desk without the hassle of having to load and unload suitcases twice. This was an enormous help for us as my dad is disabled and has to use a wheelchair. The man who collected the car and the man who returned the car were very polite and extremly efficient as were the people we spoke to on the telephone. I was very impressed with this service and will inform my friends and family. I will also have no hesitation in using this service again.

Much better than park and ride - took the strain out of our holiday parking.

In general this was a very positive experience. The staff are very friendly and have all paperwork, so you feel confident you are leaving car in safe hands. On arrival we waited no more than 10 minutes, which is much better than going to a car park off terminal. There was a delay on return due to incorrect paperwork, but the driver was very apologetic. Would highly recommend as alternative to parking and "bussing" in.

Arriving at the airport at 3 in the morning is never easy, but it was made a whole lot easier by the service we received from Maple Manor Parking.
