A driver from Maple Manor was waiting to take our car when we arrived at the airport, we just unloaded and went to check-in ... so much better than having to struggle on a bus from the car parks. On our return (very tired after a long haul flight and only wanting to get home), we were told to call Maple Manor AFTER getting our luggage and clearing customs (which I did) but we then had to wait until our car was brought from storage. I think on the return journey, it would have been just as fast to get a bus to a car park. I will try a 'valet' parking service again but not this company next time.

We were a little concerned because we had never done a meet and greet service before, so we left a little earlier just in case they didn't turn up - We needn't have worried. The man was there to meet us and was very nice. The return was fab too as we landed at 6.00 in the morning, the driver turned up on time and the car was even warmed up for us. Great value - Great service. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Baggage handlers going slow on arrival back at Gatwick meant that we collected car 2 1/2 hours later than expected. This did not mean any delays in delivery of car to north terminal by the driver, who at nearly 1am was polite and friendly. Will definitely use Maple Manor again.

Leaving when we did during the recent security scare I rang to change my booking to an earlier time to allow for the extra security checks, with less than 24hrs notice Maple Manor staff were happy to oblige and were very prompt on drop-off and pick-up. My husband didn't even have time to drink his coffee before the car was returned as they were so quick!

Arrived to find smartly dressed and v helpful attendant waiting for car at arrivals. On return after a delayed flight with delays at baggage arrival we were v pleased to see the car driven to us within 5 minutes of our phone call to Maple. This was definitely the easiest and smoothest part of the journey. Thankyou for excellent service!!!

Kept us waiting 1 hour 10 minutes on return, following numerous phone calls and Maple Manor questioning where we were standing and assuring that the car was variously on route or had arrived but we just couldn't see it. Driver offered profuse apologies for error, however after a 5 hour delay to our flight and losing a bag in transit this was the last thing we needed!

Even though on our arrival there was some confusion regarding the location to meet, the service was prompt and staff were friendly. On our return journey we phoned as we were coming through customs and a representative was waiting outside with our car. I can recommend this service, especially if you have tired children.

I dropped my car off to Mapel Manor Parking on 15 August and picked it up on 30 August. It was a blue vauxhall Zafira. As per instructions I telephoned from the M23 and informed the office that I was approaching the Gatwick junction. I turned up and waited 10-15 minutes for someone to arrive. I called the office from my mobile to find out where they were. Upon arrival at Gatwick things were even worse. As per instructions I rang the number once I picked up my luggage. I was rather surprised to be told that the car would be outside in 10-15 minutes. Why do you ask people to wait until after collection of luggage to ring when you know it will take 10-15 minutes. We could have rung from passport control or at least been given warning that it would take 10-15 minutes so that we could plan accordingly. We waited outside for our car for 40 minutes in total which is an appalling service. I had to telephone twice to ask about the whereabouts of my car. When the driver arrived he seemed to be completely unaware that I had been waiting for so long. When asked why it had taken so long, he explained that it was because it had been parked a number of rows behind other cars. Why - when it was clear what time we were arriving and we were only delayed by about 50 minutes. It was an appalling experience.

Very efficient and no probs. We were short of time and this got us to check-in 30 mins or so earlier (and got us away quicker at the end of our hols too).

Even after changing our arrival day and time you were still able to bring our car with very little waiting time. Will definitely use again and recommend to others!

The driver was waiting to collect the car just when we needed him. On our return, another driver got there within minutes of our call. I will definitely use this Gatwick parking company again!

Instructions/directions were perfect. The rep was waiting for us on our outward and inward journeys - no hanging around at all. The cost was about half it would have cost to park at the airport. I would recommend Maple Manor and would definitely use again.

A very easy to use and convenient service. Much less hassle than parking your car at an off-airport site and waiting for a bus to transfer you. The company reps were prompt collecting and delivering my car and acted in a very professional manner. I will definitely be using this company again!
