With two small children, it was much easier to be dropped off outside the airport than have to struggle with children, suitcases, hand luggage and pushchair. The driver was friendly, as were the staff we spoke to on the telepone. Outbound flight times changed at the last minute, this was not a problem, neither was the delay suffered on return. Car returned in the same condition as was left (valet cleaning would be nice!) Very close to airport exit, only downside was having to cross the road with suitcases where there was no dip in the pavement.

We had lots of luggage and a passenger who couldn't walk too well, so Meet and Greet was perfect for us. It didn't cost much more than off-air parking, and drop-off and pick-up were smooth, with friendly drivers and clear instructions. We especially appreciated that on our return to Gatwick in the early hours. We'll use Maple Manor again.

This is the second time we have used Maple Parking and both times it has worked very smoothly with a member of staff waiting to collect the car at departures and awaiting us again when we step out of arrivals. The staff are very courteous and it is so easy you almost get back into the car after the holiday and think 'What have we forgotton to do'?

We worked out that it is cheaper to use this service than taking a taxi back and forth. It was easy to book on-line. The booking was acknowledged promptly by e-mail, with good clear instructions on what to do included. We rang to warn of our arrival about 15 minutes out as requested and the guy was there to meet us when we got to the terminal. I have rarely met anyone more cheerful that this man at that time of the morning! The car was checked, we agreed scuffs and scratches, he gave us a receipt and took the car away. We walked 20 yards to the terminal and checked in. On return, after collecting our bags, we rang the number provided on the receipt, walked outside and the car arrived ten minutes later. We checked the car. There was do damage to my valuable car and we drove off. All in all, an excellent first experience. I will certainly be using it again.

Despite being half an hour ahead of schedule my wife and I were met on arrival and in exactly the place stated. A quick efficient hand over on both handing over the car and on collection, which is exactly what you need prior to a long journey and on having just completed one.

We rang the number given on our confirming email, but then were told we needed to ring a different number. At this point I thought this is going to all go wrong. Quite to the contrary. The driver was there within two minutes of us getting to the terminal. I had given the wrong time to return and they were not ready for us on the way back. We were told they would get a driver to us ASAP but it would probably be 20 mins. By the time we were ready and had made our way to the collection point we had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes and our car appeared. I have taken much longer than this for other parking services. Overall a good experience and I will use again.

Ideal for airport parking with an elderly disabled person. All we had to do was pull up at departures and someone collected the car and on our return tel. through and the car was waiting for us outside departures again. Superb - no bus from the airport car park!

Convenience of arrival is great, just drive to drop off point and they are waiting to collect. It is just a pity that the return is not quiet so smooth, I waited over 25 minutes outside when only 10 minutes were quoted, but it is still better than fetching from a car park somewhere!!

Would definately use service again as the slight additional cost compared to normal car-parking was worth it to avoid the hassle and time of parking the car & getting a bus to the airport, particularly at the time we were travelling. The only negative comment I would have is that it took 20 minutes from my phone call after clearing customs for the driver to return the car.

If there is a small criticism it is that due to a fault on my company car I had to change the details relating to a temporary car, no problem. Unfortunately the pick up driver was unaware of the change. As I said a very small criticism, the whole experience went without a hitch. Thanks.

When I phoned to say we had cleared customs it seemed a surprise that I wanted my car - someone forgot? Who knows - it took two further phone calls before my car was delivered 45 minutes later. The battery on the key had been drained (perhaps the storage of the key depressed a button - certainly it was fully functional before hand). As a result the car was delivered with the alarm screaming constantly. I was expected to drive for the next two hours with the alarm deafening me as far as your staff were concerned. The reality is that car alarms are supposed to cease after 30 minutes and within five minutes of delivery the alarm turned off. Given the timing I wonder what was happening between my first call and the delivery of the vehicle. All in all, the idea is great, the problem hopefully was a one off, but the delivery of the vehicle needs to be attended. There was another couple there with a babe-in-arms also waiting in the cold for their car, so the phone call to MapleManor should perhaps be done as soon as the bags are collected and not after clearing customs.

I used Maple parking on my trip to Florida, a single female traveling alone, Maple offered me the security and reliablity that I needed at 0530 in the morning on a cold rainy day. There is nothing worse that starting your holiday in a cold car park waiting for a bus to have to lug your heavy bags onto to get to your terminal, and then dread that you have to do the same on your return! Very pleased with the service I got from Maple and for the price, I will certainly be using them again and recomending them to my colleagues and friends. Thank you

Driver was there waiting when we turned up at Gatwick, only a short ten minute wait for the car to arrive on return. When the car is delivered back you have to rely on space being available in drop off bays which is a bit hit and miss, but only a very minor quibble. Greatly recommended over the alternative of car parks and shuttle buses.

This is our third time of using Maple Manor and once again the service was excellent. The driver was there waiting for both the drop off and return. It is so good not having to drag children and luggage on to buses and then to car. Just unload/load from boot to trolley. Well worth the minimal extra cost.

We had to be at the airport early-ish and didn't want a stopover or the hassle of parking at some distance away. This meet-and-greet service suited us fine and it worked extremely well. The staff were extremely good and we won't hesitaite to use them again and recommend it to others. Many thanks.

the driver dropped the car off i noticed a flat tyre, driver noticed a nail and just stood the sloped off. why my husband tried to change the tyre, no help was offered. our garage said it would not go down so quickly but over a few days. We will not be using this company again. v. disappointed

When travelling with children with late flights I would recommend Maple Manor. You turn up at departures, empty car and go. On return you collect your baggage and your car's waiting for you. Recommended for those of us blessed with kids to make the whole journey less stressful.

The driver collecting our car filled out a form with knocks and scratches marked so we could check if anything happened while they had the car. Very good. On our return, we only had to wait 10 mins before we were on our way. Friends we had travelled with were still waiting for the bus to take them to their car park as we drove off...
