Make sure you get to airport very near to agreed time - they get busy from time to time and if early you may have to wait - traffic wardens will keep moving you on if you hang around too long.

Worth every penny. After arriving back at 11.00pm it was great to have the car waiting for me. Excellent service. Will definitely use again.

First time we have used this service & we were very pleased with it, we dropped off a brand new car, but it was in safe hands.

Staff wearing a uniform, rather than jeans, t-shirt etc, would give customers more confidence in car park facilities/company and project more professional image.

Excellent service - no waiting either on drop off or picking up the car.

Waited 10 mins for them to arrive to take the car away. It was 15 mins from calling them to collection... apart from the short wait, an excellent service. Would use again.

Unfortunately, the Maple Manor Parking service was probably the most successful part of our holiday! We were hugely delayed in traffic, but the pickup driver waited, which allowed us to just catch our flight. He even said he would wait in the area until we phoned to confirm we made check-in. On the return, we phoned at the point requested (after clearing customs) and the driver arrived at the pickup point precisely as we walked up to it. Recommended without any reservation.

Excellent service which we would definitely use again. It costs a little more but is well worth it for avoiding the hassle of having to find a carpark, wait for a bus and then carry suitcases onto it.

Had a very early flight, the person to collect it was waiting for us, on our retrun journey, called at baggage claim and when we had exited the terminal the delivery person arrived after about 5 minutes. Great system.

4am is an anti-social hour and the pick up was slow- its always cold at 4am especially in shorts! The return collection in the afternoon was punctual, polite and considering they were flat out very impressive. They do require proof of identity on return to save it being the easiest way of stealing a car.

Excellent service, we arrived at Gatwick over an hour earlier than expected, phoned Maple manor and they were there in five minutes. Again on the return trip we were early, but phoned them from customs and thety were there waiting for us. I have no hesitation in recommending this service. It takes out all the waiting around and at the end of a long haul flight, to have your car there waiting for you is a godsend. I will certainly be using them again.

Very easy service to use. Drop off point easy to find and car returned within 5 minutes of phone call. No hassle of having to use transfer buses which when travelling with 2 children and a baby was great. Would have been even better if a car valeting service was offered so the car was returned sparkling clean instead of the rather dirty condition we'd left it in!! Great service - would definitely use again and reccommend to others.

Excellent meet and greet parking service. Used it twice and will continue to do so.

Try to let them know the time you will be arriving as you near the airport to avoid being in the drop off area too long as there are parking attendants in operation.

Will definitely use again. Not too expensive. Friendly and efficient. Reccommended especially if travelling at unsocial hours, this meet and greet parking saves at least 30 to 60 mins.
