Takes the hassle out of airport parking for not that much more cost wise. So much easier than finding the right bus, fighting with suitcases on the bus and finding the car!

What an excellent service! I phoned from M23 and two guys were waiting for us when we arrived, the handover time was approx. 5 mins and then we were off to departures, no crowded buses! On our return we called whilst collecting our cases and we waited about 5 mins for the return of the car. Would thoroughly recommend Maple Manor parking service and use it again.

Did exactly what they said they would. Waiting for us on arrival even though we were early and had the car return within 10 minutes of our return. Pleasant, friendly staff. Couldn't be easier and good value.

Didn't have to wait for the car to be picked up and we were earlier than stated. Just as we came out of the building our car drove up so we had no waiting whats so ever which is great when you have children and you have just spent the whole day travelling. Cannot recommended it enough and will definitely be using the company next year!

We were very impressed with Maple Manor. We phoned from M23 as instructed. They were waiting for us upon arrival. Again when we returned Gatwick we phoned and they were there within minutes(even at 3.30am!) I would definitely use them again and highly recommend Maple Manor.

Much easier than getting a bus to and from the car parks. I would deffinately use them again. Only issue was the office didn't give clear instructions where to meet collection driver, so slight delay in finding each other.

Easy to book. Efficient service. We were 15 minutes late arriving at Gatwick due to motorway accidents and thunderstorms, and we had to wait for 10 minutes before they collected the car, but that was not unreasonable. On return, the car was delivered quickly and in the same condition as we left it. Would certainly use their service again.

We were disappointed to be 'told off' by the Maple Manor staff over the phone for not phoning them when on the motorway. As it was around 3am and we had not had any sleep at all, we were not as on the ball as we would normally be! We accidentally drove into the wrong section of the airport but then stopped to phone Maple Manor feeling that we were still allowing them advance notice of our arrival as we had to still negotiate our way around the airport! We found our way to the correct area after making a few wrong turnings as we were unsure of where we were going to be met exactly. After waiting for another 5/10 minutes in the correct area I phoned Maple Manor asking where they were. They seemed to be complaining that they had been sat in the same area (as us) for ten minutes waiting on us. I stated that we had been searching for their company sign (as we had been directed to do) but couldnt see it and therefore presumed they hadnt yet arrived. They stated that they did not have their company sign up. I wondered how we were meant to find them when they did not identify themselves and wondered why they were making out it was all our fault! This did not start my holiday as smoothly as I would have liked! The collection of our car after the holiday went far more smoothly and a very pleasant gentleman dropped the car off to us in great condition. We waited for around 10 mins. We didn't have a problem with a small wait. All in all my partner and I did not appreciate the tone of the Maple Manor staff over the phone on our arrival. We apologised for not phoning at the correct time but couldn't understand why it was such a problem as we were happy to wait for them to collect the car. To then be told off for making them wait when we had no idea they were sat near us was quite frustrating! I would definitely use 'meet & greet' again as it does save a lot of hassle and time, i'm just not sure if I would go with the same company again.

Good service, very convenient for a small extra price but ring them at least 5 mins before you're told to - its easy to get moved on by police or wardens where they ask you to wait so its better if they are waiting for you.

Excellent value, worked out same price as using 'on airport' long term car parks without the agro factor. Although I waited longer than I would have liked, it would have taken longer and been far more inconvenient with luggage using buses to long term car parks. Will definitely use again.

Fantastic! Will definitely use the service again. Although worked out slightly more expensive than I was planning to pay, the stress free parking made up for it! Both drivers were extremely friendly & proffesional & I trusted the company completely with my car.

I have used this service at Stansted, this was the first time I have used this at Gatwick and can honestly say that there is no reason to park any other way. The overall cost being just a few pounds above the car park and coach trabsfer charges. A good, prompt and courteous service. Excellent.

No problems, will definitely use again. Suggest Manor Parking offer a Car Wash as an optional extra - 2 weeks out in all weathers does mean a grimy car on collection!
