I can't fault it. We booked it via simplyparking.co.uk, we followed the instructions that we were given. A member of thier staff was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport, filled out a form (which didn't take long) and took the car - no hassle at all. We called them while we were waiting for our bags upon our return, and again there was a member of their staff waiting for us with our car when we came out of the airport, a quick check of the car to make sure it was in the same condition as we left it (which it was), and a sign of the form, and we were away. All in all it was an excellent service and at a price that was cheaper than normal parking arrangements. We were very happy, and would certainly use them again. We paricularly appreciated the fact that we didn't have to wait for transfer coaches as you do with other off airport parking, so it saved us at least 45 minutes of our time overall.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Their punctuality was exemplary. The car was a bit grubby on reurn as previously mentioned. Direction to pick up point at airport could be clearer - told to take right lane, perhaps should read take middle lane going under car park. Otherwise faultless service.

Suggest you equip your drivers with change! When arriving from a long haul flight earlier(!!) than expected there was an extra charge of £2.50.We had no change neither did the driver, nor anyone in the area. Was forced to give £10 note. Made a rather annoying end to a satisfactory experience with parking.

Good service - driver at airport on drop-off - paperwork takes 30 secs. On pick-up will not accept pick up call until all bags collected so then a small wait - 15-20 mins in our case for car to arrive, but for some those 15-20 mins useful time to grab a coffee, use toilet etc so no big problem.

Very impressed with service until our return from holiday. The mobile number given to us was not available for over 2 hours when we returned! After a 9 hour flight, hanging around the airport for the car before a 4 hour drive home was extremely annoying!

If travelling with kids its a great plus to have the hassle of car parking taken away. On our return the last thing I wanted to do was drag my luggage around looking for where I had parked my car. I will deff use this service again and recomend it to my friends.

An excellent service. We were 20 minutes early for our outbound pick up at 4.40am but the driver as still ready and waiting for us. On the return our car was delivered in the time it took for me to walk from arrivals. Extremely punctual good value service, especially so early in the morning!

This was our first time using this sort of service. It worked perfectly. We had the freedom of driving our own car without the hassle of getting on coaches or anything. Definitely worth doing. Both the Maple people we met (on delivery and collection) were charming.....

The drop off worked ok. On the basis I didnt really know who to look for amist the chaos of Gatwick arrivals. The collection of my car worked well simply bacause I new to look our for my car. In general a well priced service which worked, if more out of luck than design.

We arrived 1 hour later than stated on our booking form due to an accident on the M25, we called the number on the form and were greeted by a super chap who explained what would happen and when to call them when we returned. On our return we called them when we had passed through customs and within 5 minutes another super courteous chap arrived with our vehicle, we would definately use this company again and would have no hesistation in recommending them. Best deal moneywise on the internet at the time of booking -very straightforward procedure and no hassle with having to get on and off buses to collect car on return as it was brought direct to the exit within minutes of calling. Will definitely use them again.

This was an excellent service. The driver was waiting for us both on arrival and departure. The service most definitely saved us time as well,which was a life saver as we had been caught up in a motorway closure and thought we would miss our flight. I would most certainly recommend this company.

An excellent service all round! Our meeting time was 3am at Gatwick on August Bank holiday monday and after aboutr 10 minutes we found our driver. He was very courteous and we were on our way after a few minutes. On our return the flight landed 30 mins early but this did not cause any problems as my call from customs/baggage reclaim meant our car was ready as we got outside - what more can you ask for!! Definitely recommended.

We heard of the service through a family member who had also used Maple Manor and was impressed with the service. We were equally pleased with it, as well as the ease of online booking and punctuality. As a result, we would also happily recommend you to others.

We arrived 1hr earlier than we had stated - no problem. Staff were there waiting for us. We called after coming through customs and our car was again waiting. We left money in the car which was untouched. Would recommend definatley. Staff were polite and professional. We have two kids 5 & 3, so it was so much easier than climbing on a bus with your cases from the car park & only cost £5 more than the cheapest long term parking. We will always use valet parking from here on.

fairly satisfied with the service would definitly consider using Maple Manor again.Could do with having a specific spot to drop the cars off as the lower level is such a large area we were waiting 20 minutes for the car to arrive but the car was sat up the far end of the drop off point.if the drivers could move forward if there are spaces it would help as there were plenty of spaces just outside the terminal. if you have a lot of luggage you tend not to move to far. if the wife had not walked up the far end we would not have known he was there. you also took my mobile number could the drivers ring to let people know when they have arrived.This may help other people so they can move further up.

Very efficient, no waiting at all, very polite and courteous staff, and reasonably priced.

The is an excellent Gatwick parking service which I have used in the past and will continue to use in the future. Courteous and hassle free. Thoroughly recommend to others for peace of mind.

Good service, prompt to return car, very reasonably priced compared to on-airport Gatwick parking, and more convenient than off-airport. Only one problem: we had to wait half an hour for the driver when we were dropping off because he went to the wrong terminal despite us having called in with the correct info. Good thing we had time to spare!
